maybe she wants everyone to know that she gets packages on packages on packages. So everyones like "dang I wish I got packages like that"

Maybe its her side hustle of endorsing a product.

Yeah but the food is meant to be frozen, so even if it's too much for now, it can be stored to eat in the future. It's quite baffling.

How often do these packages come? Does it stink at all?

You know the best people.

And by best, I mean the most entertaining for me to read about while being eternally grateful that I don't have to deal with them.

Seriously, every time I see a thread of yours I'm all, "This is gonna be good."

It's still there. It's definitely unopened. I took a picture of the invoice.

This is none of my business-- (SORTA UPDATE)-imageuploadedbycurltalk1357747154.572246.jpg

That's a LOT of food. I haven't seen her to ask her.

You have to ask her. NC.com is counting on you.
And yeah, you seem to be surrounded by let's just call them eccentrics.

I just walked the dog and when I came in she was putting her shoes on in the hallway. I said, "Hi, Pat! Would you like me to carry that box in for you?"
She said, "I'll get it later." Then proceeded to tell me about the Jack Reacher movie she just saw.

I don't know how you do it, because at that response I would be all "but, but, but it's food and you have to take it in NOW!"

My response to crazy is always to shut down and kind of quietly go, "oh, okay."

So we have a mutual neighbor friend (who lives in a different building) and that woman is closer to Pat than I am so I mentioned it to her and she was horrified.

She said that Pat gives them out as gifts. And it was the mutual friend's birthday on Sunday and Pat told her she had a package for her. I said, "Well, if it's risotto cakes, sirloin, and chicken fried steak do NOT eat it."

I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.

Danm

Well perhaps she's suffering from some type of mental illness. As funny as this seems, in the back of my head I keep thinking she needs to see a doctor.
