This is none of my business-- (SORTA UPDATE)

I think she wants someone to steal that stuff.

Or maybe I'm super paranoid, but it would drive me bonkers to leave my items outside like that.

I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.

You have to ask her. NC.com is counting on you.
And yeah, you seem to be surrounded by let's just call them eccentrics.

She's home (as indicated by the shoes, socks, and cane), which means she had to carry the boxes upstairs. Why doesn't she just bring then in?

I'm scared to know what's in that orange bucket. It's so strange.

That weird tableau by her front door is like any number of odd art installations I've come across. I really kind of like it tho. : )

The wasting of food is really bugging me tho. I would have to steal and either eat it myself or give it to someone who needs it.

This area is under construction as my hair type changed and nothing works well for me. I shampoo, I condition and pretty much have done nothing but chuck my hair in a messy bun for the past oh...year? Yeah, I'm that lazy.

No...going no-poo or CG does not work for me. It leaves me overconditioned and oily in a second no matter what I use, so that's not what's not working.
Or you could put the bubble wrap under her doormat.

My kids did something similar to me once. It was pretty funny.

I think for fun, I would (wearing gloves to prevent fingerprints of course) rearrange her stuff. Switch the bucket to the other side of the door, light the candle and blow it out, turn the shoes over. Maybe add an ugly vase with plastic flowers?

I think of it as an art installation that should be interactive for the viewer!

This thread has everything..comedy, mystery, pathos (something so cute about the little things on the bucket).

Love the idea that it's like a wierd art installation...esp with the just stepped out of shoes and socks...

Wonder if it is some kind of OCD behaviour, I don't know, could be so many things, hope she's ok though.

So bizarre that I'm sitting here in the UK, wondering what's outside her door....

Mostly waves, but curls and straight bits too!
Fine to medium, high porosity, medium density, very low elasticity
Highlights damage (growing it out), seems to like protein and need lots of moisture.
