Work suggestions
 

I've worked at the same place for five years. A month ago I got a promotion. I went from a department of one to being the boss of fourteen people. I haven't had people work for me for over ten years and even then I wasn't truely the boss as my boss was always right there.

Out of of 9 sites I am one of three women at my level or higher. I want to do well for myself as well as the sisterhood.

Any tips, suggestions, horror stories?
