Valentine's Day Care Package
So my boyfriend and I go to different colleges about 10 hours from each other. I'm trying to figure out what to send him in a package for Valentine's day.
So far I've thought of:
Boxers
Candy
A card.
That doesn't seem like enough though. Any suggestions?

Ahhhh yes. I had to send my BF a valentines package when he was deployed. Trying to remember what I put in it...
-pillow case sprayed with my perfume
-cookies that I baked and used heart cookie cutters then I used pink and red sprinkles (imperial cookies)
-stuffed bear that was holding a heart
-card that you can record your own voice in
-video message on a USB stick
-cinnamon hearts and message hearts (those cheesy "I chooz u" ones lol)
-as much valentines related candy as I could find at the grocery store
-deck of cards and on each I wrote something I love about him
-local goodies and treats he was missing, and a city newspaper (this might not apply since he's still in the US)
-burned CD of some jams that we both had memories attached to
-obscene amount of little heart confetti sprinkled all over the box
-photo album
-pink handkerchief that he could carry in his uniform (again...might not apply..)
I think that was it... If I remember anything else I'll post back.

A sweatshirt or other garb from YOUR school
snacks other than the typical chocolate hearts (maybe chocolate and peanut butter popcorn, dark choc covered fruit, etc.)
a pic of you or of both of you

The chocolate should be okay. I mailed little chocolates in a plastic Easter egg (long story!) from Pennsylvania to California, and the recipient said they didn't get melty or anything!

My standard VD gift is steak and a BJ. Since shipping either of those isn't feasible, I'd send cookies and a gift certificate for a BJ at a later date. If you really want to thrill him, send him a GC for 2 free BJs.

Chocolate will be fine. I've mailed it from here to Afghanistan and it never melted.
