Exactly right .

Unlike everyone else , I was not crazy about the last episode . I guess that conversation between Fitz and Millie was supposed to be the climax.... But we already knew he was going say that .

As that episode went on I liked Olivia less and loved Millie more.

There was no OMG at the end of the episode.

No matter how incredible the approval ratings are, it would'nt prevent the the American people from thinking their president is a jerk for divorcing his pregnant wife.

I am on episode 3 of Season 1. I I've NO idea what most of the posts are about but I'm totally into it!! I can't wait to get further into it! I'm home doing some housecleaning so I have it on. I really like it.

Thanks for the thread! I can't wait to find out if Amanda sent the tape of her doing it with the president in the oval office. *hintpleasetellmeimdyingtoknowrightnow*

I feel like Olivia is walking into a landmine because she has no idea about the tape and the white house has the idea that she does.

Hmm... I think housework will have to wait. I guess I can dust this room and maybe vacuum.

Dang! She's pregnant.

This is part of my love/hate relationship with the show. Lol. It's a little over the top but it's addictive and for whatever reason I've always liked Kerry Washington so I had to watch.

I think Fitzgerald is like a 2-year-old child. He works on impulse but isn't that bright in a common sense way. Cyrus and Millie are his brains and Olivia is his heart.

I love watching Minxy discover this show. I pretty much marathoned it the first time I watched it too.

Multicultcurl, I totally agree about your assessment of the main characters .

I also love Kerry Washington.

I hate spoilers and don't watch shows the day they air so I just stay away from tv threads til I catch up with everyone else. So spoil away.

I liked this episode. I love Fitz, even when he's recovering from a shot to the head. He's still quite yummy.
I hate the way Kerry W walks. It makes me want to get her a back brace. And it makes my hips hurt. But I do love her clothes.

Season 1 down! I love it! I'm sad it was only 7 episodes, but since there are more episodes to watch, I'll live.

Tomorrow I'll start myself on season 2.

Yay for this thread!

Just finished it up! OH MY WORD, this show is killing me.

Who on earth hired that woman to kill the president?! Surely it wasn't Cyrus, was it? I am never any good at figuring out stuff like this so I know I'm way off.

I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.

I am going to guess it was the Vice President who hired the shooter, but then I could be way off. I can't believe Cyrus would want the President dead, but then again I could be way off.

I can't either since he worked so hard to get him there and to keep him there. The VP hiding her evil behind her religion makes me want to smack her in the throat.

When the First Lady was giving birth and he stood there for a moment when she reached out to him I thought "If that douche bag doesn't get his ass over there I'm going to hit the TV." Inducing birth certainly was a heck of a trick to pull out of her sleeve. I'm trying to remember the back story of the other births they mentioned, did she lose two?

No, they have two other children. They're just conveniently away at boarding school.

For some reason, I'm leaning towards Verna being involved with the assasination. The only thing that tied Hollis to Becky was the phone....the phone that Verna just magically happened to know about. Also, when Huck was going through Becky's accounts and they realized it wasn't Hollis that funded the hit....it appears that Liv recognized who it was.
