well, i'm slowly catching up...
i watched season 1 on netflix
you really can't miss any episodes or you're easily lost (at least i am)

i couldn't believe how mel was so cool with olivia and fitz's affair. when she invited her to the function and said now you can get sleep. wow!

oh well, now i need to see season 2 from the start lmao

This episode was like Beyonce at the superbowl. Completely snatched me bald (figuratively). I was expecting to be blown away, but not like this. I was enthralled from start to finish. In my opinion, this isn't the normal Fitz. That brain injury has changed him. The normal Fitz would not have wanted to divorce his wife while he's a sitting president. But the Fitz who escaped death, who realized he has no time to waste, and who also has endured brain trauma- oh he would. The normal Fitz, prior to the brain injury, I have no doubt in my mind that he wouldn't have killed Verna. But the more rash and irrational Fitz, he would.

I'm so sick of Fitzgerald. He is an idiot on a power trip. Maybe it'a just the brain injury. And Mellie with that evil smile once she got Fitzgerald not to trust Cyrus.

New Guy has all that surveillance at his home and not at work, oh my word hello creeeeepy! He had to know setting up bumping into Olivia at that coffee shop and then what happened to David would lead Olivia to him, he definitely had something to do with that girls death. What the hizz-elll is going on.

Fitz saying he can't control his erections around Olivia Raunchy! haha

This show is awesome.

I felt the same way about Olivia, but I've felt that way for most of the series. She fits the stereotype of smart women who make stupid choices in love. I get why Fitzgerald acted that way, but he has always reminded me of a child or teenager in a man's body so I've never expected much from him.

I totally agree.

I don't think Olivia is much of a good person person either. They are perfect for each other.

I think Mellie was hoping that by putting the blame on Cyrus she wouldn't seem as guilty and that she could start pulling all the strings herself.

Fitz hates that he didn't win on his own. I think he is going to find that without the people he had around him he is a lousy president. He needs Cyrus and Olivia.

I am curious as to what the new character played by Scott Foley is up to. Would love to see Abby and David back together. Guess time will tell.

Thank you for this thread. I had not heard about this show but I caught re beginning o this thread and watches all of season 1 and then got caught up on season 2. I have a love/hate relationship with Olivia. I do not like the president.

Tonight's episode was good! Lol at Abbey and David. I can't believe that guy knew about his brother and wife all that time and never said anything about it.

Fitzgerald is ridiculous. If he has moved on, then let Liv have a life. I guess Jake is a love interest now. (the navy guy)
