Mine doesnt' really tell me anything, lol. It just says if i get zits here I must have allergies. I'm assuming if my allergies flare up so will my zits.

Just fyi, the stuff in that article doesn't hold up scientifically. The idea that each area of your face (or palms, or soles) is directly linked to other organs is bogus. And you know there's a problem when someone claims that only the zits by your chin are caused by hormones!

So strange!
I'm having a very minor breakout, can't really see it but can feel it, in zone 11/12.
Zone 11 & 12: Hormones — This is the signature zone for stress and hormonal changes. And while both are sometimes unavoidable, you can decrease their effect by getting adequate sleep, drinking enough water, eating leafy veggies and keeping skin scrupulously clean. Another interesting point: breakouts in this area indicate when you are ovulating (and on which side).
I'm ovulating any day now!!

Have a little more faith, Eilonwy. I bet if you move your furniture around the Chi in your house will clear up your skin in no time.

I agree. Yet, I get a chin zit when I ovulate and another right before my period starts. It alternates sides each month. This has been going on for years and when I got pregnant I thought, "Of course, no chin zit! How did I not know!"

what about your bacne. What does that tell you? Take a shower?
what about under your head, not your chin but under, does that count as chin?
SHE NEEDS TO DO MY RESEARCH.
what about the area between 1 and 2 and above 3?
I only get zits there, I don't get zits in ANY of the places she put numbers.
Maybe I really am an alien.

i think like reflexology and acupuncture this diagram and explanation is tied more to eastern philosophy of holistic health. obviously, some reject that kind of stuff. i personally don't need everything to be "scientifically" proven for me to consider it for my own health and/or well being.
others here have commented on the phenomenon of acne sort of moving down your face (it's more forehead as a teen and by the time you're in your 30's and beyond it's in the lower region of the face. to me). this provides a different perspective on that same thought.

So I've had on and off acne issues and usually flare up(sometimes minor, sometimes major enough to scar noticeably) but since I've been using ziana regularly, my skin has been doing really well. I'm not sure if it's good to use long term though. It's an antibiotic and retinoid gel.
I'm not good at multi step face care routines. All I do is wash with psf or my aveeno cleaner, dry and put this on before bed and I didn't break out for a month straight. Skin is smoother and clearer as well. In the morning i just wash and use oil of olay 15.

I only break out if I get lazy for a while with washing (the - WASH YOUR FACE reaction), if I'm super stressed (I expect to break out next week with how my week's been going), or if I haven't changed the sheets in the last month (usually on my right side, which I sleep on the most).
It's usually the last two.
I do wash my sheets, I swear, I just forget to put the fresh ones on!

If you did, they'd probably have something at Acme to cure it.
