The gloves *kind of* make sense. She brought them, walked outside, decided she didn't need them, and didn't feel like unlocking her door and putting them inside so she left them there.
If she is inside the apartment and the gloves are out there, then a) that is a talented balancing act and b) I take it back, it doesn't make sense 
I personally would be afraid that someone would steal my gloves if I didn't put them back in my apartment.....but she doesn't seem to have that fear. LOL.

If she hasn't been doing it for the two years I've lived here I'd worry that were true. But she's ALWAYS done this and I'm just now becoming highly amused with it.

This area is under construction as my hair type changed and nothing works well for me. I shampoo, I condition and pretty much have done nothing but chuck my hair in a messy bun for the past oh...year? Yeah, I'm that lazy.
No...going no-poo or CG does not work for me. It leaves me overconditioned and oily in a second no matter what I use, so that's not what's not working.

I haven't been here for a while, but it looks like I am in the minority here that I think you should leave this neighbor alone and stop taking pictures of her stuff. It kind of makes me feel bad for her, especially if you aren't a friend of hers.
I think it is invading her space, and I know that I certainly would not like someone taking pics of my stuff, posting it, and then messing around with it.
Just my opinion.

I've actually been wondering why she's allowed to have that stuff out in the hallway of an apartment building. To me, she's invading everyone else's space. It would very much annoy me if I lived near her and had to maneuver around it all the time. And I'd feel bad if my grocery bag knocked over one of her baubles and broke it. And then I'd be mad for feeling bad and would go back to being annoyed. : )

If it bothers you that much though, then report it. But it doesn't seem to bother you, since you get amusement out of it. I dunno...just doesn't seem right, IMO.
