the way I heard it, there was no obgyn on staff that night, and the husband begged doctors for a emergency c-section to save the babies and they refused. so his case is maybe if there had been a ob there, and maybe if there had been a timely c-section, the twins wouldve lived.

ok. SO I get it. A fetus is a person when the catholic church wants to control what women does with their bodies. but when it comes to having to pay out some cash, fetus's are no longer people. I totally get it!!
