Default high top sneakers

i am wanting some new high top sneakers to work out in. mostly when i'm lifting weights not cardio. i see these skechers but am not sure if these are more fashion shoes. they don't look particularly fashiony but they have a 3 inch wedge it says so how does that work with working out? does anybody have these? do you wear them to workout or fashion?

I can't imagine that wearing anything with a wedge will be good for any sort of working out, even lifting.

It's going to completely change your posture, which could also completely change how your lifting affects your body.

yeah, that's what i was thinking. i guess what's getting me is it doesn't look like 3 inches are added to them. that's sort of a lot. oh well, i guess i look for some adidas or nike high tops, something more functional. thanks!

I'm no expert in "working out" shoes but my son wears high tops to skateboard in and they really help. Ther's a huge diffrence in support as opposed to his low tops. This kid skates every day, sometimes for 7 hour sessions. Chek out DC shoes, DVS, and Nike skate shoes.

wedge sneakers all the style now, as in for fashion, don't wear them to do exercise. They are legit wedges, they don't look like it at first, but they are.

I wish someone would invent the opposite. A hidden flat, looks like you're wearing heels, but you're not.

Seriously tho.

Is that a shell toe? Very retro.
