Does Charlotte, NC have a southern feel to it?

As a southerner, I would say no.

But it's in the south, so yes.
I kinda thought it did but I've only spent a weekend there and I'm a northerner.

Presuming you're not a troll, my answer to your question is that if you're born and bred in the region, it isn't all that Southern as there are a lot of transplants there. If you're not from that region, then it's Southern. Bear in mind that I only spent four days there last year visiting a friend but that's the impression I got of the place.
