Default Stop and Frisk is so bad in NYC, Forest Whitaker got frisked.

Dang.

I realize the cops didn't frisk him, but seriously? Guess they thought he wanted pastrami really badly.

I've worked in retail for a long time, and I was always told we couldn't frisk customers. We had to call the cops if we thought they shoplifted.

The management handled it well. I wonder if it would have if Forest wasn't famous.
