Default LETS MAKE THIS A POSITIVE WEIGHTLOSS THREAD !!! Raspberry Ketones...weight loss tips

Has anyone tried the raspberry ketone supplements to help aid in weightloss. I am trying to lose weight I would like to lose 15lbs... Im not dieting necessarily but im watching what i eat I try to stay under 1500 cals and I try to exercise at LEAST 5xs a week sometimes twice a day... My goal is to tone ul and lose the weight but if i could lose the weight faster it'd be easier to tone up for me .. Well thats the way I see it. I would like to get some advice from anyone who has lost weight or is in the process of losing. A little backround info I an a foodie so I dont liek starving myself(I cant lol), Im doing low carb right now, I personally am not open to supplements like those infomercial type supplements

Raspberry ketones don't work. Save your money. Lift weights, heavy weights you will not turn into the hulk.

You may need to eat more.

Slow and steady wins the fat loss race.

Well I had a major freak out last June taking that. I think I posted it here. But in all fairness I was drinking alcohol (couple of drinks). It's a long weird story. I would never take it again. Do the 17 Day Diet it works!

no, I agree with lots of weights, once I started this strength training program, I've actually lost weight more than in the past year where I did mainly cardio and running lots of running, no weight change, (cause I still eat like crap) just 3 weeks of strength training twice a week and I've lost 5 lbs. What. WHAT. It's cray. weights weights weights weights weights

Yep. When I am lifting heavy weights on a regular basis, I feel like my metabolism just burns through calories. I am hungry (and eat!) all the time but still lose weight and get buff.

I work out with a trainer and do trx, I don't' know if that counts as heavy but it's hard as crap!

OMG THAT MUST BE WHY I'M SO HUNGRY^^

I feel like a pregnant person I just wanna eat all the time, and I ate like cake every last week and still lost weight it was a miracle in the form of strength training.

Count something - carbs, calories, fat grams...something. I count calories and that worked for me using my Lose It app.

If you do weights, try to do them with as little rest as possible between them sets and reps. My PT says that burns the calories.

Don't do any kind of fad diet.

Good luck.

I try to keep my calorie range anywhere from 1200-1900 depending on my workout that day

Your school doesn't have a free gym? That's where I go. They have classes and everything, free as long as you're a student
