it's really easy to make. i just now have so much whey i have to find a good bread recipe to use it with. bread and butter. Mmmmm!
When I said bread I was including blini and savory pancakes as well. English muffins are a nice choice also since the whey's tang goes perfectly.
will any recipe work, just replace the milk or water for whey. i found a few recipes, but if i can substitue whey in my regular bread recipe, that would be lovely.

Italian White Bread (made with whey) | Small Potatoes

what about irish soda bread? do you think it will work in that?
For soda bread you should keep at least some of the buttermilk. You could replace it, but I'd keep it for the extra bit of fat.
But otherwise yes, you can usually replace water or milk in bread with whey. As for the recipe, I personally don't like American "Italian" bread, but if you do, then I'm sure you'd like it. I love actual Italian breads like ciabatta and focaccia, though, and whey is great for them!

I messed up though, and tried to turn her into a lemon-mascarpone frosting for a beautiful white cake I baked. Wellllllll.... I now have lemon butter

On to round 2!

I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.
