Anyone up for a pre-swim suit season fitness challenge?

I think I found a pair of ladies swim short that I'd wear.I would wear these - in a solid color (black). With a cute halter bikini top. Part of my challege is to find one.

I don't remember when I last checked but I went to spin on sunday and just came back from spin tonight. I think tomorrow will be a lifting + pilates day.

Did W4D3 again today. Will probably do the same tomorrow. My friend gets back on Thursday. I don't want to get too far ahead of her. I find the progressions a bit easier than she does, so I'm willing to wait until Friday to start W5D1.

Food:
Banana, orange, 12 baby carrots, black coffee.

Chicken with 1/2 cup quinoa, onions, red peppers, scallions, 1/4 avocado with a really yummy "dressing" made from a lemongrass-curry seasoning mixed with 1 tsp of coconut oil.

Dagoba New Moon Dark Chocolate (or something like that). One of the little 9 gram squares.

I still have 600 calories I can eat, but I don't know what!

Yesterday, I walked on the treadmill for 60 minutes.

My eating was pretty good, but I don't like what the scale said this morning I'm not going to report it, because my official weigh-ins are Saturday. Hopefully I'm just retaining water (or something...)

I know I need to do some weight training, but am so gun-shy after injuring my arm last November. I may have to go ahead and pay for an hour or two of instruction, so I know I am being careful not to injure myself again.

Just got back from the gym. Had a training session worked out my lower body and abs. Hope this helps me out need to look good in my dress this weekend lol. Plan to work out tomorrow and Thursday.

GOING STRONG!!! SAY NO TO HEAT!!!
So, I did get up early and run today (on the treadmill...I prefer outdoors but it is wayyyyy too cold for that)! Yeah, yeah, yeah, I did hit the snooze button which shortened my workout....baby steps. Lol

I think I might start adding Pop Pilates back into my routine. I've been doing the running thing but I don't think it will tone my body like pilates does. Plus, all you all talking about Casey made me remember how much I liked her workouts. I bet she has tons of new once since I was doing them (back in summer/ fall 2012). Gosh, if I wouldn't have stopped I would be so far by now. Oh well, there's only the future.

Is anyone following the Pop/Blogilates calendar or are you all just doing whatever videos you want for that day?

^ just wanted to add I can't get onto march but did take a look at Feb's workout calendar..loos great! I may start that tommorrow and work through it!

Ugh, I nibbled all day today. Nothing atrocious, but in total, not good. I'm telling myself the red wine is good for my heart.

Tomorrow I'm going to the gym, no matter what. Hopefully, I'll get going early, then I can take the dogs for their grooming after. Otherwise, it will be during. But, I am hoping to get moving early, and maybe the DDs will want to go shopping with a healthy mommy after.

Silly, but an afternoon of shopping will mean less snacking, I swear. This being on Spring Break is great, but hard on the eating.

Found NC in 2004. CG since 2-05, going grey since 9-05. 3B with some 3A.
Hair texture-medium/fine, porosity-normal except for the ends which are porous, elasticity-normal.
Suave & VO5 cond, LA Looks Sport Gel, oils, honey, vinegar.

an hour on the treadmill this morning. So far, very good on the food.

The good news, no I'll effects on the scale from yesterday's grazing. Now, to stay out of the kitchen today!

I really need to get back on track. I've been indulging in too much comfort food and not exercising enough. I have 15 lbs to lose.
I did HIIT Food Baby (my thighs are going to be sore!), HIITilates New Year Slimdown, and about 1/3 of Hot Abs before being interruppted by a phone call. I thought it would be 2-3 minutes max but it turned into 40! By the time it was over I can completely cooled down and lost the motivation for me to start up again.

09robiha: If you want, I can send you the March calendar! Although March is almost over so you could just wait for the April calendar. Cassey should be emailing that password out pretty soon. Just let me know!
Repeat of W4D3 again today... It was kinda easy/boring. Ready to move on!

The good news is that I don't want to die during my runs anymore

I've been struggling to eat all my calories the past few days... Lack of quality food + laziness = going to bed hungry. Need to refresh my stock of fruits/veggies.

Food:
Black coffee, banana, baby carrots.

2 scrambled eggs with 1 tbs whole milk, 1/4 avocado.

1 cup of Greek-style orzo (feta, black olives, tomatoes, spinach)

30 pistachios and a slice of cheese.

I forgot to update. Finished week 1 of insanity but skipped two days. My work schedule last week was crazy with a lot of closing on one day then opening the next so it makes it hard to have a set work out schedule. This week I've been doing much better and my diet has been better except for one cheat day last week.
