Anyone up for a pre-swim suit season fitness challenge?

So the beginnings of hypothermia, divegirl? We kayaked Lake Superior last summer and received many dire warnings about it. Glad he was able to see the signs of it in himself before it advanced too much. Scary!
Did 3 one hour classes this week and felt good for all of them, tho I'm still getting a little dizzy/nauseous during yoga. Not sure if I got some inner ear thing with the plague of a few weeks ago or what. But it's all getting better.

Did 4 one hour classes last week and some extra crunches, planks, etc. I've been eating well too but I've still gained some weight, all in my middle. It won't stop me from wearing a bikini but it's not making me happy.

Will also get 4 classes in this week.

Went to the gym 3 times last week, ran and did the elliptical along with some of the leg machines and situps.

Worked out yesterday - same as last week. Nothing hardcore since I'm trying to get used to just moving.

So far only doing 35 mins of cardio but it's been tough.

Dead tired today, no working out, just eating less.

Stomach and surrounding junk has trimmed a bit, everything else looks the same.
Last Sat - Mon was the annual familyvacationfromhell. In order to get through it I have to drink. Alot. hahaha. I did eat and drink way too much but back to clean eating as soon as I got home. Got a few walks in while I was gone and did 2 classes at the gym this week.

Worked out 12 days for a total of 14 hours this month. Not terrible. The time spent working out goes down in warm weather because I'd rather spend my time laying on the beach or strolling through the woods or sitting on the porch when it's nice out. So I'm more than ok with 14 hours.

I got lots of work outs in this week. My schedule and class schedules were in sync. I did 5 hour long classes (4 cardio/aerobics/weight training and 1 yoga/pilates). And I also walked for an hour one afternoon.
