I confess... I have not yet been to a gynecologist.

My mom was nagging me about it for a while, and then I was like "... I'm pretty sure I heard you don't have to go until you're 21, now..." Um, it would seem that I no longer have an excuse! I'm surprised she believed that one to begin with, though. Haha!

I confess I'm hopeless with putting my hair up, I'm not even sure how to use Bobbie pins, I'm obviously doing something wrong because they don't seem to hold my hair....

Bobbie pins don't hold my hair, either.

Make sure you have them pointing in the right direction... I recently realized that the "bumpy" part is supposed to be facing DOWN/into your hair. That has helped, but they still don't do much for my hair!

I cross two, then sort of weave a third one in. That's the only way they'll hold for me.

I recently googled and read that, still doesn't help much. I see people do amazing things with a few Bobbie pins and really, it's just hopeless for me. I'm glad I'm not the only one, though...

I poked holes in my mothers diaphragm when I was young. I really wanted a little brother & I saw the hole trick in the movie Parenthood.

I just spent like two hours googling a guy I don't know and I have no idea why I did it, other than because I'm a creep.

I use plastic silverware at home. I hate metal silverware or anything metal near my teeth.

I don't recycle hardly anything. I save cans for the boyfriend to take to the metal yard for money, but other than that I only throw plastic bottles and newspapers in the recycle can (and only because we are forced to pay for them whether we use them or not). In my view, the only way to save this planet is to control/lower the population and I don't see that ever happening so I don't waste my time recycling.

I drive safe heavy gas guzzling American vehicles. And never a standard transmission. Again, saving on gas will never save this planet. Plus I drive so few miles I still use less gas than the average person with their tiny unsafe car.

I've always been pretty slutty. I have no issue with it.

There's probably tons more if I think about it.

My husband goes through periods where he travels a lot. I don't mind at all. When he comes home, I'm all, "When do you leave again?"

My best friend in my 20s, we were so close but she could be such a b1tch sometimes. She was a hairdresser and super dramatic but in put up with her crap all the time. One time she was a total twit to me (as usual), and then left to go to the store while I was at her house. She had makeup on her coffee table and I had this rash on my hand that would not go away. I took her lip crayon and rubbed it all over my rash and put the cap back on and put it back.

I had 7 roommates one year in college. One had herpes, and she wiped her crotch w/ another roommate's bath towel when she was mad at her. A third roommate told me that years later and I still fee ill. (But so glad she was never mad at me!)

i have another one.

i was 13 and homelife was really bad. my parents were too busy living the high life (if you get my meaning) and things were all around crappy. there was stuff i needed such as personal hygiene products, clothes that fit, socks adn underwear without holes and food. being 13 its really hard to find a job to pay for these things. so any order to get things i needed, i begin to shoplift. i only took things i didnt like deorderant, underwear, socks, and food. i then progresssed to taking money out of fountains. you know the kind where people woould throw in change and make a wish? i actually felt bad about that because i felt i was stealing wishes. (thanks Goonies!) so a friend (who was in a worst situation than me) taught me to pan-handle. we lived near johns hopkins university and those students be banking. so we would hang out there and ask for money for the bus, or say we are short a few cents for something. they would give us dollar bills y'all!! after a few hours we would have a enough money and go get a pizza or something else to eat.

after a bit, i just felt embarrassed. so i went back to just shoplifting. eventually I met awesome friends who i could go over house and not have to be home any longer. i still shoplifted to buy things i needed, but i finally got a job at 17 and could pay for things i needed.

My mother called the school, talked to the bus driver, the principal, nobody did ANYTHING.

It was awful, and I still remember those boys and every one of their first and last names.

I tried yelling back at them as I got off the bus, giving them the finger silently as I got off, nothing made them stop.

So, I took matters into my own hands, and when I'd see one of them in the hallway in school and there were a lot of kids around, I would casually kick them REALLY REALLY REALLY HARD AS I COULD in the shin as I walked by them. I wouldn't move my head at all or make eye contact, I'd just kick them as hard as I could and keep going.

I actually got a pair of pointy ballet flats for this very reason...to make them hurt as much as possible.

I know violence is never the answer
, but my GOSH. I was in so much pain that year because they used to torment me so much on the bus and nobody would do anything to make them stop.
Sometimes it is.

I pick my nose. Yesterday I was sitting behind my roommate and she turned around and saw. She asked if I was picking my nose. I said yes. She turned back around and continued watching tv.

When I was about 5 or 6 I peed in the bed and was embarrassed. So I made my bed and crawled into the closet to sleep. My mom evidently woke up and looked in on me and my sister and when she found my bed made and me gone freaked out and it took them a while to find me sleeping in the back of the closet... next to my gelly shoes.

When I was little, my best friend was a little strange. I never stood up for her. Everyone, including my siblings, made fun of her. I didn't invite her to my slumber party one year because I didn't want her to be hurt instead of just standing up to my ****ty friends.

They would have turned on me. Not the best of friends I can say now, but I had a low self-esteem and desperately wanted to fit in.

Not an excuse. Just reality. I feel awful. I would never do that to her again. By high school I was able to stand up to some of the crappy friends. And at least personally apologize to some of the kids I hurt to make myself feel better.

Oooo...I remember something that I did...

I created a fake facebook page and then sent messages to two young men telling them they have a sister that their father never told them about...my niece. She doesn't know that I did it, but she is ever so happy to finally be in contact with her brothers.

I did it the day before Thanksgiving, so they would have plenty to talk about at their family meal with their dad.
