This us disgusting, yet unfortunately I am not surprised. The cruelty of some humans knows no boundaries. Especially teenagers.
So they take pictures of the rape, but still not enough evidince to charge them? really? SMDH!

Wtf is wrong with people?

Maybe it's just where I am from (and due to the different time with no cell phones or social networking) but I can not even imagine someone allegedly being raped and in turn being bullied out of school. Sure, we had bullies in high school, but they were kept in check. Someone always stepped in, and stopped it. Long talk, or 10 minutes locked in a empty classroom with a bullies worst nightmare... It was stopped. The blame was not shifted.

I don't even know what to think anymore. This is a heartbreaking.
When I hear terms like "hipster" I think, who told cliques they could leave high school??

Ultimately, if it's to be stopped, women are going to have to break the rape culture ourselves, because our paternalistic society isn't going to do it for us. We can't continue to call each other sl*ts and wh*res. We can't judge each other based on sex and sexuality. By doing so, we are participating in our own oppression. We need to teach our daughters to stop doing this. We need to teach them to embrace feminism, even if the term has been demonized by the hate-media-industry. Let's change the term, call it pro-femininity or pro-woman or whatever, but we need to stop accepting this culture of rape.

Trying out steaming!
I have mentioned this here before...

I watched my friends daughter go to a specific FB page and post pic's of herself. Person after person continued to tell her how ugly she was. She was fat, her hair was stringy, her glasses made her look stupid, but she had nice **** sucking lips and they might sleep with her, if they had to. She would in turn take their comments to heart, change things, and post another pic. They would rip her apart again. This went on for days.

Girl after young lady (12-17 I would guess) did this. I... it's one of the strangest things I have ever witnessed. Why do that to yourself, for a bunch of a**holes? I tried to talk to her, but it did no good. She was used to it. It was the norm for her.

I have always wanted kids, but when I see stuff like this I am glad life has had other plans so far. I can see why more and more people are pulling their children out of public schools. I am not sure that is the best option either. Idk.

I think this is nothing really new. Girls have always been abused and degraded for sport, and we can't generalize about what places are safe. It happened in the home for me...by my older brother. I was suicidal about it. I almost killed myself at 9 years old because of it. School was a much safer place for me than my own home. I think the key is teaching our girls not to accept it, not to participate in it, giving them lots of love and confidence-building at home, listening/believing them when they say something is happening to them, and rescuing them from bad situations (changing schools, etc.) when necessary.

I really wish slut shaming would stop, just when I've thought I've educated someone on slut shaming, they go and call someone a slut....for wearing high heels or some b.s.

We need to make a practice of treating each other with kindness ad respect. (And modeling it for our children.)

There are all types of bullying. Often it's men on women. sometimes it's women on women. Sometimes it's sexual. Sometimes it's not.

Stop being bullies. And teach your kids the same.
