Not to lose weight to fit into a bikini but to wear a bikini if you want to. I bought one last night and I'm so excited to have it delivered. I found some bodyshorts (like boy trunks only slimmer) and a cute halter top black with white polka dots. Sooooo cute. I don't mind wearing a bathing suit but I don't want my fanny hanging out or for all to view and my bellybutton needs to be covered. It's perfect.

I've never stopped wearing bikinis no matter how old I got or how much/little I weighed.
If people are grossed out because someone over 20 years old or over 100 lbs dares to wear a bikini, well they will just have to avert their eyes when I walk by. I wear what pleases me.

Ugh, so I'm wearing a bikini for the first time this year next weekend(hopefully). It's finally getting warm enough and I'm going to Florida. I have a week to tighten and lose a little. Now let's see if I'll actually do it. At this point it's just gonna be my stomach area. Too late for anything else lol. And I'm sick so I can't fully workout yet.

Ok, here's me last year (mem day or 4th of july). Not at my ideal or close but not at my worst unfortunately. This bikini doesn't have the best top for support but it was cheap(from Zara) and I like the color.



I really wanna do way better this summer(with the working out) so I can rock this bikini all the way(I bought it last october) My main area is my lovehandles, stomach, then my butt/thigh area -

Thanks, you guys look awesome! Jeep, that looks like a photo out of a magazine, makes me wanna go to a pool asap.

So do you guys think the bikini(multi print) would look good with a solid green bottom and gold string/ring? I really like the bottom, but the back is so skimpy, I dont think I'd ever really wear it, not sure what I was thinking. I usually dont mix and match though..Victoria secrets have bottoms that would go.

josephine, i love that bathing suit! I'm a freak about things matching so the only way I could get a separate bottom is if the colors match perfectly. But most other people aren't as freaky about that as I am. : )

I haven't worn a bikini for years, as I found tankinis much more comfortable. This year i was looking to replace my old one, only to find that none of the shops sold tankinis. I got really frustrated trying on one pieces as they were all either uncomfortable or didn't suit my body shape

I was lucky enough that someone recommended black milk swimsuits to me, they are an online only fashion store in Brisbane who mainly make leggings, bodycon dresses and swimsuits.

When they had a sale on, I took a gamble and ordered one, and to my surprise it was an absolutely perfect fit and looked fantastic on. I have since got quite a few more this is the last one I got (these are photos from their site, not me-- I don't actually have any photos of me in a swimsuit)
