this is getting ridiculous. I was so looking forward to break! but after the initial sleeping-in and shopping and beaching...there's not much else to do. or at least, nowhere to go to without a car.

Every time I try to remember a Japanese word I think of the Spanish instead, like today I was thinking of how to say "17 weeks" in Japanese and instead of the Japanese word of "week" I thought of "semaņa." I think this is a sign I should move to Puerto Rico

Should that have a tilde? I've been making stuff up a lot too. I still cannot remember the Japanese word for "week."

I really hope I'll get to meet your girlfriend in a few weeks, and I hope she's really a great person and that I can see how happy you are with her and it will be the first step in finally letting you go.
