"Wheel" always drove me nuts. I yelled at the screen too much. I'm a Jeopardy fan.

I have to take AP Anatomy and Physiology and AP Bio senior year and I have to dissect a pig, kittens, and a ....dog? I think. I'm going to be the weird girl sobbing in a corner.....

I yelled "HAIR" at Jeopardy last night with a mouth full of food and not only almost choked myself, but I also scared the dog.

I only share this because nobody can see the shame on my face on the internetz.

I just get so excited when I actually know one!

You should see my dad raise his arm in disgust and yell "animal" at the screen. Its more effective in Spanish than English since it basically means idiot/dumbass.

Never been a big game show watcher but I have also been known to shout at people on The Price is Right and Family Feud. On the very rare occasion when I actually knew the answer.

It's hard for me to comprehend when people type like "u r l8". It's confusing and makes me think U R A functional illiterate.

It's extremely selfish to not share the joys that the gift of crazy brings. Just sayin'.

Look - anytime you bring up issues like this, or, say, race, you're going to offend some people. My wife makes more than I do and is more upwardly mobile in her career path. It doesn't bother me in the least. Nor do I want to keep women "down" in any way. If you'll take my comments at face value and get over your self, there's nothing offensive there. It's honest.
And, I think what really pisses off some of the feminists, is it's all true. Women will never be men - why would they want to be? There was a news item recently that "blonde women make 7% more than non-blondes." Is that necessarily fair? Of course not. But there's a world that some would like to exist, ideally, in their heads, and then there's this real world that we live in. Like I said - relax.
So this is the dude's defense of his asinine comment. You've got to be kidding me.

Saria, if you would just relax, everything would be fine!

We should all just relaaaaaaaax.

This reminds me, Saria, last night SO offered to bring home my choice of "tiny" or "ultra tiny" cupcakes leftover from a b-day at work. I thought, here we go with the cupcakes again, as I've been reading your comments about them.

Anyway. I said "tiny, please!" and wound up getting both kinds. Guess what kind of cake they were? Guess!

red velvet!

with lots and lots and lots of frosting!!!!
[not cream cheese, though]

hehe

Although that was the "tiny" version. The "ultra tiny" ones were more like a brownie bite with a dollop of frosting. I liked those best.

SO was like, what's red velvet, like slightly cocoa-flavored cake with tons of red food dye in it? I was like, yup, you nailed it.

Of course they were! One cannot escape red velvet cupcakes anymore. See, how do you expect me to relax?!

I had a doctors appointment today. Or at least I thought I did. I left work early to get there on time, only to find it's tomorrow.

And I get home to find the postman has left a note saying I have a package at the post office. I have no idea what it is and won't find out till tomorrow evening when I go to pick it up.
