And I'm not sure if I am worthy of your praise. I was young once and didn't always make the "right" choice, although at the time, it was the right choice for me. I will say that you should have your larger, long-term goal somewhere in your thought process and choose whichever job helps you best achieve that goal. Only you can make that decision.

Ok, so I'm taking a Symbolic Logic class this semester, and everyone pretty much failed the previous exam, so he's letting us redo it at home, and he'll curve the test if we get the answers right. Anyhow. I've been staring at the final problem since Friday night, and I was getting NOWHERE. I literally tried every conceivable option. Over and over again.
So, I decided to pretty much change the rules of Symbolic Logic.

The theorem finally worked.

I seriously don't know how anyone got the problem right otherwise.

What is symbolic logic?

It's a branch of Philosophy, and you prove truth and validity of arguments using symbols... And logic. I don't even know how else to describe it from there. It's rather complicated unless you know all of the vocabulary! I take it as a quantification requirement, because I hate algebra-type classes. It's actually very interesting and challenging, in a good way, but these past few weeks/sections have been brutal. But, it's still a better choice for someone who is more geometrically-minded (like me) than algebraically.
