God damn it!

I've just tried on the dress I was going to wear to the races at the end of July only to find it still fits everywhere except around my boobs. Dammit!

Nynaeve, he is perfect. I just love him so much!!! I cried this morning when I was holding him because I know that I'm leaving early tomorrow morning. I am such a cry baby about stuff like that.

Big boy Charlie was so cute yesterday!!! He loves trucks and was showing me a book of fire trucks before we left for Fairyland and THERE WAS A FIRE TRUCK!!! He got a fireman hat that he wore for a long time, and CRIED about the big fire truck.

Little Sid is just the sweetest thing. So adorable! I wish I still had my phone so I could post a picture of my little man!!! He is so sweet sweet sweet!

Seriously, I want to cry just thinking about how I'm not going to see him for a while!!!

I don't know if I've just reached a turning point with CG where my hair is markedly healthier or if I'm over-conditioned. My hair is so soft that I'm constantly touching it and marveling because I didn't think it could ever feel this lusciously soft. It's still defined and I'd still say I'm in 3b land, but it's definitely looser curls. I'm sure part of it is how long it is, which no doubt weighs the curls down, but I kind of miss my tighter pattern, and when applying KCCC last night, there was no real spring when scrunching it in. The hair just kind of fell back down without springing up in any way (if that makes sense). I wonder if I should cut back on leave-in or bust out the poo to see what happens, but on the other hand, maybe this is a natural progression for my hair.

You might just need a hit of protein.

Ingredients in red tea and ylang ylang conditioner:

Aqua, Brassicyl Isoleucinate Esylate, Brassica alcohol, caprylic/capric tryglycerides, coco-caprylate, glycerin, olea Europea fruit oil, arginine, argania spinosa kernel oil, sea whip extract, panthenol, cananga odorata flower oil, aspalathus linearis leaf extract, gluconolactone, sodium benzoate.

Wet Set Hair Pudding is aloe vera, glycerin, and olive oil.
And KCCC I'm sure you know by heart. ;p

Do you think it's not enough protein maybe?
Really it's not a terrible problem to have, and I've been complimented quite a bit on my hair of late, but I do miss the tighter curls. If it's something I'm doing, I'd definitely like to fix it. If not, I'll accept that this is the direction my hair is going in.

When a recipe asks for 1 egg, only use one egg. My choc chip cookies have not come out as well as before. Oh well, that experiment didn't really work. 1 egg next time.

Some more protein couldn't hurt, especially if your dews are up. I like CJ Repair Me (or the GVP Kpak if i go cheap) when I get droopy because keratin is the only thing my hair responds to.

I'm watching a Louis Theroux programme about Miami's Mega Jail. Stabbings, fights and rape are seen as a normal part of the day by the prison officers. The inmates pretty much have run of the place. The officers just don't seem to care.

Really enjoyed The Pacific. Especially the last 3/4 episodes in particular where there was some more focus on the characters - wish the earlier episodes had had that.

Bless poor Eugene. I just wanted to hug him.

And he's a red head

^ I've just realized he was that cute little kid in Jurassic Park Awwww

I left. Please don't be mad. I get shy in groups, and your brother was a bit much for me.

And the straightened blondes-and-boobs freaked me out.

I'm sorry. I think you're a great Mom.

Ha! It's impossible not to see all the American flags here, but I just went into a restaurant and was rather shocked to see "Freedom Fries" on the menu. Really? I know I keep forgetting I'm still in New York, but that seems so very un-New York to me! Freedom fries!

Word! One of the most attractive things about NY is it's pretty much the epitome of "melting pot." I don't think NY would be NY if it didn't have the combination that it does. It usually comes across as being accepting of the different cultures and sub cultures that exist within it's state lines and I find the singling out of any group very "unNew York." I'm sure other places are just as mixed but NY really stands out to me.

Thank you so much for the Jamaican patty!!! OMG I was so excited. My lovely mailman brings my mail to my office so I get it early in the morning. It is my mid-morning snack!

You are awesome and nice. I don't care what everybody says about you. hahaha.

Seriously, thank you and that was so sweet. I guess I will have to learn how to make these now. Delicious.

Hilarious!

Too bad Modesto is so far away since a friend of mine when I was younger would joke about Modesto being the body dumping capital (I could never figure out why he thought that... )

I'm on the phone! Excuse the imperfections, my phone isn't as smart ad me.
