Honestly Saria, I would start being an a$$hole to that woman and see how much she likes it. I have no qualms being mean to people who deserve it.

Even better is that she went to sleep but left the TV on at that obnoxious volume.

My trackpad will no longer click down. Could my computer really not make it til Thursday when the computers are picked back up? After that it's Apple's responsibility, and I would have nothing to do with it.
I had to go dig out a wireless mouse that's like, 3 years old to mess with my settings so I can just tap my trackpad to get it to select things. Now I'm hoping that that will last me 3 more school days so I don't have to pay to get it replaced.....

Hmm yea, see I would just be a straight up jerk. At times I can be shy/timid but people like that bring out my inner a$$hole.

Chase you have made me a very happy customer today. Someone started making fraudulent charges on my credit card and you called to let me know and have closed my account. There are times I have hated you but right now I'm content.

This site is for Naturally Curly heads so I find it difficult dealing sometimes with some people....
If you are not naturally curly then it's fine to read and comment but don't paste pics trying to pass as naturally curly when clearly you have had some chemical process done to your hair...or even weave curls
Also, even if you are naturally curly let others know if you post a pic that shows your hair that was curled in an unnatural way. It's cool just know that naturally curly people know naturally curly hair.
Also, why do you frequent NaturallyCurly.com if you swear by Brazillion Keratin Blowouts and all that other straightening crap??

I really can't help but wonder about some people. I just read a comment on SE about how one person wrote down 1 tablespoon of salt in a recipe instead of a pinch, thereby ruining her cake. Now, putting aside how a pinch turned into a tablespoon, do people really turn off their brains that much when following directions? I mean, you really wouldn't stop to think that a tablespoon of salt might be way too much for a single cake recipe (that makes just one non-supersized cake)?

Why yes, I did spread an ungodly amount of confiture de lait on my English muffin this morning... Thanks for asking!
Seriously, the sweets here are right up my alley... It would be horrible for me to whip out can of condensed milk and spread it on my bread (even though I could probably eat an entire can in one sitting)... But you're SUPPOSED to with this stuff! So it's okay!

Hmm...There are at least a couple of people that I'm aware of where this would apply, but inquiring minds still want to know...

Well, I seem to recall a post about one particularly, um, challenged individual who couldn't figure out fractions of a teaspoon. So I'm not terribly surprised by this latest recipe disaster, although it may stem from a different basic problem.

Hehe! I'm taking full advantage of it. I'm sure I've gained at least a few pounds since getting here, and I was kind of freaking out about it at first, but now... I don't know, I kind of don't care anymore! When will I ever get the chance to eat food like this on a daily basis again? Probably never! I'm going to enjoy it while I've got it!
ETA: And besides, I'm expected to eat their after school/mid-day sweet snack with them! I would never want to offend anyone by turning it down!

Hehe, I totally cracked up over Rambeaux
I also have a confession to make.. as some of you may remember, my husband is adopted. He does not have much information about his birth parents, other than that they were college students, his father was Italian, and his mother had terrible eyesight. Anyways, we always joke that his dad is Sylvester Stallone

I thought you wanted me to send the sunshine your way, Ninja. Just can't make you happy!

Also, people are gross. THere is someone in my office who hocks(?) loogies EVERY day in the kitchen trash, loudly. I am within earshot of the kitchen and it makes me a little nauseous just thinking about it.

My 82 yo aunt fell on Sunday and broke her hip and fractured her wrist. She banged up her knee pretty bad too. Its Tuesday and she hasn't had surgery yet.

Oh no Minxy! I hope she gets taken care of very very soon.

While I love her, she was much more the disciplinarian, I don't have the warm fuzzy memories. Please brain - work, this is important.

Thanks TRBL. I hope that she gets operated on soon!
I'm worried though, because when my grandfather (mom's dad) broke his hip, they left him with one foot shorter than the other because they f-ed up. Why couldn't she have fallen here in the States?? My grandma (dad's mom) broke her hip here and it never slowed her down. Bah!
