Lunch has been potato chips and skittles. Is that a bad thing?

Hah! It's up, and virtually impenetrable. Good.

I don't really want to take that lump sum payment. I can't be sure it will cover everything, given the scope and the length of the project. Will it be all right if I have to bill more at the end, having run through that high dollar amount for months?

Remember, I never estimated, foreseeing that this would be a bit of a trial.
-------------------------
And speaking of trials, why the sentencing delay? We so want this resolved and over. I miss happy J., instead of the pre-occupied depressive who has taken up residence since being named as a potential co-conspirator.

Not that I would feel any differently, myself.

At least the market is up today.

I really wish I could stop being so hyper-critical of myself and my abilities. I get way too stressed out over nothing. It sucks the joy out of things. I'm fine, until I have to show it to others. Then all I can see is every glaring mistake magnified 1000x. I stress and I stress only for everyone to not even notice it. It's stupid and pointless and I hate it.

I drink lacti-milk, and I'm careful with cheese........

Good idea, TRBL.

Yes, trials suck.

Good luck at the meeting.

I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.

I defer to your musical suffering.
My stuck in my brain song is even worse. At the weekly sisters sunday dinner the other nite, one of my sister's new cats ran thru the room and the other sister said 'wow, she really has a muskrat tail!'. So yep, we started singing Muskrat Love and I can't get rid of it!!!!

I'd say all three stuck songs are doozies. Why can't it be a good song?

They are replacing all 4 plugs and doing a de-carb on the engine. The mechanic thinks it will give us 6 months to a year. She burns and leaks oil. Le sigh.
