I just don't get that, how banks can have such lousy record-keeping. Then they fine people out the wazoo for making the same mistakes they do. I have a receipt that's 15 years old. I admit it, when I was 18ish I bounced a check. I miscalculated, I screwed up, it happens. I paid it off, but not before they put it on that credit check thing that banks use for checking accounts. That damn was still showing up 10 years later on my report. The original bank has "fixed" it so many times it's not funny, then a magically reappears later. They claim they don't know why it keeps happening. Then take note that I am no longer a customer as ask if I want to come back. Yeah freakin right

If the top part were on a more plain bottom....or if the crocheted part was without the top...I agree that individually those pieces would be nice. Together....its too much.

^They always screw up in their favor, too.
It's not just banks, though. I've had dental and medical offices insist that they didn't get paid several times.

I would like it a lot without the sleeves and high neck.

I actually think the neckline is one of the cool parts, but it needs some work.

Of course it's always in their favor! Yeah, I've had that problem with other places too. The last phone company here was really bad about that. I got so fed up that I canceled my account to switch to a higher priced company. They managed to lose my final payment in their computer. One department said it was paid, another would say it wasn't, and no one would talk to each other. Two hours on the phone I was ready to kill someone.
But the banks get me because money IS their business. They should be better at it then the rest of us and they don't have to pay nearly as high a price as we do for those same mistakes.

I have been at the dmv since 9:00 am, with no end to this wait in sight. I'm getting impatient, people smell and I'm hungry!

People that try and guilt their way into a pregnant woman's birthing room should be ashamed of themselves! It's not your f&cking place to be in there if the mother doesn't want you in there and it's certainly not your place to try and make her feel bad to try and get your way!!

Where were you when you got the call about your student visa?
I was watching Alfred Hitchcock's Dial M for Murder.
I really watch a lot of movies.
Now, was the visa denied or approved?

How long is it going to take for you to put a stupid authorization number in the system? I notified this member's son that we overturned his appeal LAST WEEK and that the member was approved for the service and told you LAST WEEK to arrange the services. Yet nothing has been done. How the f&ck is it that you still have jobs? People in this place are the laziest I have ever encountered in any office ever.

I just found out I get to stay here …
… for free sometime before end of November. Also get to stay in another really cool place in Seattle. Both for two days. For free!
Also just learned that is is Snoqualmie Falls —thought it looked familiar — which is about 10 minutes from one of my closest childhood friends who I haven't seen in years and with whom I've been trying to visit seemingly forever.
Amazing!

I'm getting that anxiety I usually feel when overworked. which often manifests in doing something really stupid to my hair.
I'm fighting it, but really, what's the harm in getting a feather or two woven into my shag? I'm not sure they'll be pink, but it could happen.
Not to mention that doing so would probably keep me off the guest list for a formal party which may include a politician I dislike.
I know it's important, and I know it's the thing to do, but I hate networking almost as much as I hate formal parties. (Which is only slightly less than I hate regular parties.)

I hereby encourage you most adamently to get feather extensions, and pink is a nice color.

I find it so, so incredibly hard to come in and not give Calvin uber amounts of praise when he's been good while I'm gone. I know coming in and remaining calm, reserved and ignoring him until he calms down is best and that's (hopefully) key in him being good while we're gone, but he's not done anything bad in ages and I'm so happy!
Now that I've jinxed it.....

I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.

I'm so stressed out. Davin had a total meltdown this afternoon for over 30 minutes. Now he's fine and I feel like this:

Thanks, TRBL.
It's going to be a little more complex than I thought, since I only want to use fake feathers.
I wish I could just watch "Reno 911" for a whole day.
