I'd love to go shopping with you one day, it would be fun! But I'm not a fashionista so I don't know if I'd be much help.

I certainly can't dress myself much past t-shirts and jeans, but we could wander around and try on ridiculous things just for fun! As long as it's not in a big city, I don't want to see myself with hives all day.

I'm getting my hair cut & highlighted next Tuesday. Nothing drastic (at least nothing for right now, Tuesday might come around I might change my mind, who knows?).

Great idea! I was looking for something to do next weekend!

Although they may have already cut down all our corn.

I'm in the opposite boat.

My clothes are on a bit of a dressier side. Like 'a night out' rather that 'laundry, grocery shopping, and picking things up for school.'

Needless to say, my everyday outfits are repeated quite often.

I have a momentary feeling if weirdness when you know the exact place I'm referring to

I don't know, but I'm googling it.

I'm probably either going to go there, or apple picking at Tougas in Northborough or Bolton Orchards.

Sorry for the weirdness!! When were on vacation in Maine this summer a truck covered with davis' megamaze advertising was in front of us. We were both amused.

It's a lot of fun. But I wouldn't go when it's too warm. It gets hot in that corn maze, and there's a lot if walking.

I want so much to make Swedish meatballs, and a short rib, red wine, and kale pie with a goose fat crust. And a chicken in a salt crust. And bisteeya. And I really, really want to make praline crepes gratin. And milk loaf. And some more whole wheat and and cacao nib sables with currants and hazelnuts (god how I love those cookies). And tartes aux pommes rapees (maybe with that rye crust I have in the freezer still). And apfelkuchen. And then it will be quince and persimmons. And I could so go for pork chops with apples and quinces. Damn it, I can't wait to be free of this exploitative, all-consuming job and have time to do at least some of the things I want!

First, my bathroom wall collapsed. Then yesterday, my toilet.just.would.not.stop.flushing. Can you imagine how many gallons of water that was wasted? The super shut off the toilet last night but he still has to open it up to see what was causing it to keep flushing and he didn't have all his tools on him. He asked if I could stay home today (they won't allow the super to do work in our apartments if we're not home, probably to avoid claims of theft and some such). I actually had to go in today because I had a lot of stuff that was about to hit the deadline. My office will be closed Friday for Yom Kippur (it's really on Saturday but we're getting off the Friday before), so he's supposed to come then. Flushing the toilet with bucket water ain't cutting it.
