OMG. HUNGOVER!

I never, never, never, ever drink that much. I am still throwing up at 2 in the afternoon. It is so rare for me to get shifts covered, and the one time I try, no one is available.

But, it's a self-inflicted wound. No feeling sorry for myself.

This snow/ice/rain ticks me off. I miss summer please come back NOW, not may or june 2012. I have to buy a wintercoat with my first paycheck, which I won't get until 2 weeks from now. -__- eff you winter.

RCC: the lion pumpkin is by far my favourite. I want to make one! The Polamolu pumpkin doesn't even look like him (hair is too straight.)

Santa pumpkin


A neat one made with food. Blueberry eyes. Edamame eyebrows. Pumpkin seed teeth. Roasted chili in hair.


The entry that will probably win. The store artist made it. Polamalu pumpkin.


A moldy strawberry. I love it because it's different, but the downside is that it doesn't resemble a pumpkin anymore. I work with lots of folks with art degrees, like this woman who did great work.


And mine again.


One kid buried his face in my pumpkin today to smell the candy corn. I about died thinking it would all break. Another kid was playing with it (while his mother looked on) on broke about 6 pieces off of the front bottom. Luckily we have a glue gun at work.

We had to put 'do not touch' signs up.

Mine got handled the most since it's candy and also tactile. The food pumpkin also got some abuse. She used to have carrot earrings.

I hope those pumpkins make it through Monday! People are rough!

Those are so fun! I wish the folks at my job had some spirit... everyone I work with is soooooo lame and too cool for school too do stuff like this.
