I don't know if the iPhone has this setting but with my Droid I can take off "enable mobile view". Check your browser/general settings to see if it's possible.

You can't do it on the phone. You have to do it on the website. Most sites have a small link on the bottom to view the desktop site.
Siri types my posts for me.

Joepastry.com doesn't have a mobile version at all. And I've never had any problems viewing it on my phone until this past week or so. It takes me to bookmarked entries, but I just can't visit the homepage because it changes the URL to m.joepastry.com every time.
Well, at least typing joepastry.com/2011 works!

They may have just gotten a mobile version if you're getting that m. I don't get the m on sites that don't have mobile versions.
ETA. I just went there. The home page won't work, but all the other pages I tried on the site worked.
Siri types my posts for me.

Forget about jiujitsu turtle, when I grow up I wanna be Saria. On a serious note, after watching The Matrix I really wanted to learn jiujitsu, and after watching Tomb Raider I wanted to be an archaeologist. I think maybe it's not a good idea for me to watch movies.

TRBL, if you beat Saria, there's no way in Hades I'll ever win! LOL

Thanks for the hugs, guys. It's just one of those crap days. There's a lot of stress in my life of late and some stuff came to a head yesterday and today. It will all be okay, though; it always is!

Beat Saria? Ahahahahahaha, yeah that hasn't happened yet.. I had a great word for the end of the game, scored over 60 points, and she still beat me by over 50.
____
Thanks for the correct spelling kayb, I really should check words before I, you know, put them in my signature.

Last week, we played a game where I scored around 275 points and she scored well over 500. It was embarrassing (for me, obviously...I'm sure she felt great!).

never challenge a scientist, english teacher or a chef to play word games. most of the ingredients and culinary terms Saira use i have to google. its an unfair advantage. its akin to challenging a Nascar driver to a street race. i speak from experience cuz my sister is an english professor.

Ha, if only I could get away with kitchen terms. I think velouté is accepted, and macédoine (the dictionary doesn't list it as a knife cut, though, but as a medley of fruits and vegetables), aioli, and some others, but imagine my disappointment when edamame and shiso got rejected.

Most of my games with her are pretty high scoring games.

i remember playing with my sister sometimes when i was younger and be like "WTF?! you cant use Vietnamese!" and she'd answer "Thats not Viet." so the lesson is to ask for their profession before playing word games with anyone

That explains why I'm winning. I'm sure it won't stick.

I ask if I can bring anything for Thanksgiving and I get the response: a vegan dish would be great.
A VEGAN dish? Ugh.
Using my iphone with my toe thumbs. There will be typos.

Gah. The entire shared drive at work is all borked up and I can't open files from it.
Also, hubby, you are wrong. I know that what you are wrong about is completely inconsequential, and thus I am going to hold my tongue and let it go so as not to be annoying, but oh how I desperately want to correct you.
To make it worse, you are so adamant that you are right, and you sent this adamant statement to me in an IM at work. So now every time I close a window, there is the IM window taunting me.
I think there is something wrong with me :P

That's easy, iroc. While I could never be a vegan because I love eggs and dairy too much, I think people forget just how much of what they eat is actually vegan in the first place. It's dessert that veganism really mucks up, not savory.
