thank you so much wile e and nynaeve!

i'm just laying on my bed feeling numb and sad that i don't enjoy having my sister, her son and my father in my home. they just annoy me and i try to hide my feelings but i don't do a good job of it. (my father is so nice, but when i asked him to carve the turkey he cut it all completely up!! all of it! i was so ****ing pissed-inside of course).

thank you guys! i will go and buy the non-acetone remover and goof-off today!

From experience, I'd skip the polish remover. It just left a slightly fainter stain. I tried for about an hour to get it up with polish remover, then hubs came home and used the Goof-off and it came right out. I felt so dumb for wasting all that time when I had the right thing in the junk drawer all along!

I just have to give you a hard time about your dad not knowing how to carve a turkey.
Hell, even GP managed to do a decent job this w/e.
When I teased him about the injector and wiping off the turkey before putting it in the fryer, he seemed insulted and joked w/ me about it.......

oh no, he knew how to carve a turkey.
our family owned chicken restaurants.
he's been cutting up chickens since a teenager.
to be honest, i just didn't want my turkey cut up.
i wanted it to stay pretty much whole and it would be cut up as needed.
if you want the leg, here is the leg.
if you want the breast, here is some breast meat.
i didn't want my whole turkey that i had worked to get all beautiful brown to be hacked up on a plate not soon after it came out of the oven.
i just wanted him to cut some slices off!
but i guess that is what carving a turkey is all about.

it went from this:

I went to Pacific Supermarket thinking I'd just enough time to go and pick up some palm sugar and fish sauce and pandan while I was at it.
Well, I got stubborn about that pandan, and now I'm late for work. They may have it, but maybe I was just in too much of a hurry to see it. Or maybe they only have extract. I'm going to Flushing to search for it just to be safe. I want some pandan!

So much soy!

Stupid Adobe. I accidentally bought Photoshop for Windows instead of Mac, and now I have to wait until Monday to swap it. Wtf, man. If my "order is not complete" how did you guys issue me a serial number and product code for the Windows software and why is the program "available for me to download"??? What a bunch of BS for a measly $50 off.

I want my CS5 Extended and I want it NOW!!!!

I'm sad that "Read less, know more" is being used as a slogan.

Yeah I still feel really terrible about everything. He didn't act like the great guy/friend I always thought he was...I just want some kind of an apology or an explanation. It really hurts.

PSF's GCC cleanser is out of stock! Maybe if I act sappy enough, my life will turn into a holiday special and they'll get more in just before the sale.

Who's slogan? And where is the logic? That slogan is nonsensical.

To Spring and Wile: I never wear a bra when I don't have to - even the comfy properly fitting ones aren't nearly as nice as going without. When I'm just sitting around the house, I'm letting the girls go free!

Newser. I guess they're trying to say that their articles are fairly short but informative.
