Thinking about this Christmas is making me super depressed. We are broke and behind on bills because my husband hasn't been able to fully return to work and I've been tempted to have a talk with the kids about not expecting a lot. I am always one to find things to be grateful for and I honestly don't have the energy. And all this early decorating and crappy cheesy Xmas music just makes me want to go postal. I am becoming resentful of people who are excited and looking forward to the holiday.

I'm hating on christmas already. The apartment across from me put up their decorations. It has a lot of bright lights they leave on all.night. The lights are bright enough to shine through our curtains. I keep thinking there's someone outside with their headlights on, or we left the porch light on or something.

I just finished Son of Neptune. Talk about a cliffhanger. I waited a year for this book and then read it in one evening hoping for a certain reunion between my two favourite characters, they are just about to meet and... the book ends.

Now Ive got to wait another year for the next one!!!

Im having a couple of days where everything pisses me off, Im bored to tears but cannot settle to anything, but I have too much work to do and its all going wrong because of my mood. And when it goes wrong, I get even more irritated.

Its an unhappy cycle.
