What? Stop! Are you another poster who's re-registered to cause trouble? Don't. The rudeness won't be tolerated.

Not sure I like that...

I didn't do anything yesterday other than stand up to someone who was being a bully. I didn't do the bullying. I didn't get anyone (temporarily) banned...and actually I think the WRONG person got the time-out. I obviously have no power here. What exactly did I do that scared you?
I'm kind of confused about the, and who, was punished as well. The only thing I can come up with is that one person was seen as 'giving her opinion' while the other was seen as unnecessarily over arguing?

Po de queijo is made with tapioca starch. It's what gives it and the similar Colombian breads (pandeyuca, pandebono) its distinctive texture. Po de queijo should have a texture similar to pandebono: soft, fluffy, kind of chewy almost. It will have holes, but not the way a pandeyuca does, which is completely hollow.

Hmm, having read this, it might be why really gorgeous reds end up looking god-awful on me. Granted I know it's that I just don't wear makeup, but I've always loved the look of red lipstick and wouldn't mind finding one that actually works on me.

My shower drain is clogged all the time, and I'm not post-partum. I tell my husband that my hair sets up the net, but it's actually his stick-straight-fine hair that is causing the clogs. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it.

I get my shower to myself, so I can't use that excuse.

I'm fair skinned (with blue veins/pink undertones), and reds look horrible on me, too. I dream of finding the perfect shade (and intensity/texture/finish) to give me that chic, classic look.

I've recently discovered Ellis Faas (damn living on a remote island!). From what I've read, the blood red actually looks like blood and is supposedly flattering on all skin tones. Haven't had the nerve to cough up $35 just to try it out. Maybe a trip to San Juan is in order

Take the kids (and/or the dog) in there occasionally...then you can blame them.

Helpfully,

I bought a couple that were beautiful on the hand, but ugh, once on my lips my face looked so sallow and the red just completely garish.
I was looking both for that bright cherry red type and more of a wine red (I've seen Halle Berry rock that perfect shade of red).
That sounds like a good one, RB. If you get it, post pics!

i would gladly spend a day at Sephora with you, Saria, in search of your perfect red!

my perfect red is a long-ago LE colour from MAC called Ruby Darling. i have two tubes of it;one still in the box. i keep them in the freezer and slice a bit off and put it in a tiny container when i want to wear it! *sigh*
