They're making another movie at our local amusement park. The last one they filmed there was The Road with Viggo Mortensen (and I really had to fight my stalking urges).
This one is going to be a good old fashioned slasher film. Has Doug Bradley, the guy who plays Pinhead, in it. (I like him too but not enough to do any stalking).

On my Facebook, just now, my best friend posted this:

God Bless America because we let A#%holes be a#%holes!" with a link to this. I guess it's a video in which illegal aliens defame the American flag. I haven't watched it yet.
Then her friend writes this:
" There's a reason Mexico is directly beneath us, because it's full of ****. Just goes to show you, not only are their bodies composed of fecal matter, but their brains are too. If they had a clue, the'd figure out how to solve their problems at home, instead of running across the border and stinking this place up. Ridiculous."
I am stunned and disgusted by my friend and her friends. I absolutely have to say something. I can not even fathom this sort of attitude and that people think it's okay to be like this! I am shaking with anger.
ETA: I wrote, " Friend, I am STUNNED you associate with a person like this ^^^ This is white privilege and racism at its best. I am disgusted and disappointed."
I'm just so shocked. This person who is my "best friend" (we've been on the outs for a while), was born in South Korea. She is an immigrant. She has endured racism/discrimination. And, she fully supports a very conservative, Republican mindset. It confuses me.
I hope she understands that as soon as her non-white back is turned, the person that is her "friend" on Facebook is probably spewing the same sort of stuff about Asians, as well...

I'm pretty sure this was the say it thread. And I wasn't being passive aggressive, I was stating an opinion. I didn't want to derail the other thread away from the illuminate. Whatever.
Anyway, I just passed out. It's a good job I have weird awake dreams when I'm going to do that because I was doing the washing up at the time, I would have made one hell of a mess or drowned, if I hadn't laid down. It's very odd coming round from fainting.

I guess I don't understand the need to answer every single question in life. I mean, some stuff we just don't know. What's wrong with that? I don't need to know everything, especially things that don't have an effect on my existence one way or the other.
I also don't think we have a "purpose" or that we need one. We're here. That's it. Do with that what you will.
If all humans died out, the world would still continue to go on. Perhaps some other form of life would arise. Just because we think we are doesn't mean we're here because we're special and have some sort of special reason for being here.

OMG, I want desperately to take a pic of this woman on the train, but she's too far to my right to get a decent shot without being obvious.
Button-down blue striped shirt, I'm assuming pants, but they are nowhere to be seen, just over the knee boots, and a fedora. I cannot.
