Ya!
As of now, I'm 34 next week and no grays. I thought I found one once but I guess not. Granted I color it a lot, but I think i'd still notice.

I just choked on powder sugar. What a way to go. There would be wild rumors of cocaine use and then they would find out it was a cream puff that did me in.

I'm 28 and have 3-4. They have a really strange texture though - much coarser than my other hair and just look unhealhy. They almost seem more like the hair follicles are damaged than that they're just turning gray.
I pluck them when they grow in :P

I asked a stylist about why grey hair is more coarse. The answer was that the lack of pigment frees the hair from the smoothing weight of color, like raw unpainted wood.

If all of my hair gets this texture when it turns gray, I'm going to perpetually look like I stuck my finger in an electrical socket.
Oh man.

That's just not fair.
The extra coarseness of gray hair is why I wouldn't have considered not dyeing my hair even if I hadn't started graying so young.

When I was in the first phase of my blistered-back-sunburn I had Mr. Spring put some aloe gel stuff on it. BIG MISTAKE. It burned so incredibly bad and I quickly turned a fan on to crouch down in front of it to attempt some relief. And you know what Mr. Spring decides to do while I'm in the midst of some serious pain? Pluck a gray hair off my head. I'm all "ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!"
SIB, I hope you get the call you want!! *crosses fingers*

My hair's about 5% grey now. I've considered at least doing henna treatments, but I have yet to get the henna. Most of my hair is extremely fine and thin, doesn't hold styles longer than a day and often looks flat, particularly on the first day. Personally, if my grey hair really turns out to be coarse, I'd welcome it if that means my hair would have more volume.

My greys have become much more noticable and resistant to dye in the last several months. I know stress doesn't make you grey but I'm starting to question if its true now.

Don't worry, guys. Grey hair isn't the end of the world and you won't look hideous when it happens. : )
My older sister is 58 and doesn't have one grey hair. I started going grey in my late 40's and am now 60-70% grey I guess (I don't color it), my younger sister started going grey in her teens and is probably 80+% grey (tho it's hard to say since she has been coloring it all these years).
You just never know when it's gonna happen.

My hair has a fair amount of grey. They all have their own personalities and are definitely not coarse. Some are curlier, some are straighter, some feel thicker and some are baby fine. I don't have coarse hair to begin with, though.
And, I hated being 13. Hated it! An absolutely dreadful age to be, imo. I had lots of hugs and sympathy for both my kids when they went through that stage.

Yeah, 13 wasn't an awesome age. But my "awkward" stage (both personality- and appearance-wise) lasted from about 13 to 18. I'm so happy to be out of that stage!
