You're right. I don't think I felt truly comfortable, looks and personality-wise, until sometime in my mid 20s.

Thanks spring!
But the only reason I can carry it off is because I refuse not to! It's a natural hair color and Mother Nature must assume it will just 'go' with everyone.

Granted, grey is not my best color. I don't buy grey clothes or grey eyeshadow or grey nail polish. But if my mom gives me a grey sweater, I just wear it with red jewelry and all is fine.
Same with grey hair (or the few ridiculous times I died it dark maroon or put bleached streaks in it). I just wear different makeup or accessories and all is fine. Maybe not as fine as my dark haired 18 year old self, but still fine.

It's raining and sunshining at the same time. Where's that rainbow? I can't find it!

What the heck? Besides the ridiculousness of the entire conversation... What exactly is wrong with a nose ring? How is that, in any way, inappropriate for a children's show? How is it any different from someone with their ears pierced?

ETA: Also. The "pig nose ring" comment is getting on my nerves. You don't get a nose ring so that no one will notice it. The same goes for ANY piercing! The whole idea behind piercings is that they're ADORNMENTS.

Quiet, child-ruiner! Taker-away of innocence! You open the gates to a lifetime of debauchery with your jewelry in wrong places!

sesame street is a cartoon? Hmm, that's a pretty realistic cartoon if you ask me.

I'm sure those are the same people that get riled up over a woman breastfeeding her baby. Breastfeeding and piercings are the devil, run for your lives!

My grandmother, like any Italian grandmother worth her salt, was a cheek pincher. If she saw a kid, that kid's cheeks were gonna get pinched. Didn't matter if it was her own kids, the neighbor kids, strange kids on the street. Cheek pinching ensued.
And if you're that afraid of germs, just keep your kid at home in his bubble.

I know the answer to this and I swear I'm not seriously considering doing this, but in the hopes that I might hear what I want to hear despite my better judgment...

Would it be a bad idea to buy a Groupon for laser hair removal?

I would check reviews for the place (yelp) and if favorable I would. I have purchased quite a few grouping deals with no issues.

oh, SiB... (((HUG)))

my mom stopped colouring her hair when she was 48 and it was totally white by the time she was 50. my younger sister stopped at 45 and had completely steel gray by 47.

it's probably a celts thing because i've seen the same in other family members.

i like my red hair... i'll be keeping it for a while yet!

i took the afternoon off work and went to the mall; i love the sale racks at Old Navy. i got a lemon yellow chiffon tunic, brown rhinestone flip flops, black yoga pants and from this summer's collection a purple peasant top with orange embroidery. since that top wasn't on sale i ended up spending all of $48 including tax for that little haul!

oh, i might be on tv in a few minutes!

i thought i had timed it right to get out of the office before that trial broke for lunch, but i got a call i had to take before i left and by the time i got to the front door i found myself walking out the door right behind the victim's mom and a prominent national journalist.

holy flashbulbs Batman!

at least i had my dark glasses on!

I can't tell if I have gray hair BC I shave but I'm getting gray hair in my nose. Is it possible to color your nose hairs?

I've decided to keep all the clothes I bought Sirin during the shopping binge. I'll just sign up for anger shopping management classes when I return. I bought her the battery car but not the nook color. I just know that after I leave for the US one of my or wife's relatives will take it from her.

Two months ago I stood up for a newly hired Nepalese with little English from coworkers who colluded to give him the small deliveries(we work on commission). Ever since the dispatcher gets back at me by giving him the big orders and I get the small orders. Sometimes I wonder if its better to keep my mouth shut. At least he's very appreciative

I stepped on my sister's hi-heels and sprained my ankle last week. I'm still walking with a limp and ankle is still discolored.

This past Monday my backup car broke down while working so I lost a days work plus the 400$ repair.

I have realized that the longer I am away from VN the more prone I am to depression and thus less postings

Thanks for the enabling advice!
Yelp only has a handful of reviews and none of them mention laser hair removal. My sister did a groupon at another place a while ago, and I gave her crap for it, but she was happy with the results so now I'm tempted.
