I think I finally figured out this frizz problem, well why it's happening not how to fix it. The water here has suddenly changed, it smells like bleach, it's nasty and makes me nauseous. My hair is soooo shiny but the top layer is frizzy, under it no frizz. Damn you stupid water! Nothing I've done fixes it, hopefully our new place doesn't have this gross, bleach smelling, frizzy hair giving water.

Happy Birthday, Iroc! It sounds like the love did well

I'm glad I slept the day away yesterday. I was still wide awake went I got off work this morning. I made a Wallly World run and looked at fingernail polish until I almost dropped (yes, I purchased, and might need an intervention). Came home, flipped out, and... couldn't go to sleep until almost noon. Blah! I'd still be in bed if I didn't have to wash my crazy hair.

The espresso gave it a much stronger coffee flavor which I really liked. I might try whizzing it in the blender for a frappacino effect next time but I was too lazy to try it today.

Has anyone here heard of/done womb dance? I was looking at months worth of invites on FB and I came across this. A local spa is offering the class, and it's coming up soon. They offer some of the neatest stuff and thanks to my hanging on by a thread iPhone, I've missed out on many that looked great. It's taught by a shamanic minister/holistic life coach. It has a brief sentence about harnessing your power but really gives no further explanation. I'm wondering if it's all talk, or talk with the possibility of dance. They do many dance incorporated classes (which I love) so it's a possibility.

Google if I could, but I can't right now. Thought some of might know

I swear, my MIL only has problems when we're in the middle of watching something. I really wish DH would learn to say Busy, goodbye. She's called twice in one episode!

DH told her don't drive the car until she gets it fixed. What does she do? An hour later she drives the car out into the middle of nowhere and breaks down. Does she want a ride to pick her up, no she already has someone on the way. She just wants wants to talk about it, for a really long time. He has probably explained that what's wrong with it at least 10 times.

Ugggghhhh! My hair is so short now. It's about 3" or so below BSL and shorter when the ends curl more. A few days ago it was to my tailbone when pulled straight as can go or nearly hip when curly....

Note to self: don't go years without a proper trim...every 6 mths was perfect!!

Now I can start regrowing with no layers or split or broken ends!
