Of course, take it with a grain of salt because they're trying to sell you on kefir.

Seems it's similar to probiotic drinks but still different.

Thanks Saria. I can only speak to my experience. Kefir has really been great for me. I love yogurt and still eat it, but it never really had the intestinal benefits that kefir has had.

They sell it at Trader Joes. I keep wanting to pick some up. I take probiotics daily, but I dont eat too much yogurt bc I'm a little lactose intolerant.

I've had mourning doves and robins checking out my autumn clematis arbor on my patio. Oh please please please someone build a nest there! I don't mind bird poop. My patio and sidewalks are already poop-covered since I feed the birds there. I want baby birds!

We had a nest of birds above the camera at the drive up window at the bank I worked for.

One day I caught the landscapers and the building manager outside discussing knocking down the nest. I turned on the microphone and yelled at them that they were not to touch that nest until it was empty! So we all got to watch the baby birds until they flew away.

Sorry for the sidetrack, just wanted to share the story

We have a bird trapped in our backyard. We think it's some type that can't fly, but I can't figure out how he got back there. We're stumped on what to do.

Our next door neighbor is smoking some BBQ. Commence the torture.

Iroc, y'all are so dang adorable, duckface and all.

Thanks. And you can see the cute bag my mom bought me on the table in the first picture!

Speaking of my mom, she's coming for a week on Tuesday. I'm excited so far, but wish me luck!

Saria, ask her! For real. I'd like to know too just out of curiosity.

We've figured out we have a partridge stuck in our fenced in backyard and not really sure what to do about him. It's already been established Calvin would like to eat him so we've got to figure out something.

It's Mother's Day, not Martyr's Day.

I don't mean my Mom, but I have seen some odd FB updates today!

Random: SNL opening was hilarious last night!

My guess after a moment was sticking, maybe? Which, she needs to crank that grill if that's the case.
I wondered about cleaning, but even as someone who hates the cleaning aspect, really? It doesn't get that messy.

Completely and TOTALLY fair! But I'm biased.

Saria, I agree. I've never had trouble cleaning as long as I have a wire brush.

Well it shouldn't surprise me that you took a day that was supposed to be nice and ruin it by getting all caught up in your effing nonsense. I'll be sure to return the favor.

Foil on a grill drives me nuts! why bother cooking on a grill at all? I've managed to survive without every really cleaning a grill in my whole life. I just consider it 'seasoned' like a cast iron pan.

springy, is the bird unable to fly?

I love Sundays. Spent alot of time in the kitchen cooking meals for the week, sat out in the sun and read for awhile, took a nap, catching up on tv.
