A car stopped up by my driveway. Now I smell skunk. Ewwwww. Do you think they hit one? Its still light out. Early for a skunk.

I wish I had tomorrow off.

I bought a really nice necklace but the chain was not great. I found one I like. Its $85!

I just had FB suggest someone named Crispulo as a friend. One, I don't know him, and two, what a horribly unfortunate name!

You ever not send a friend request because you think the other person might not want it?
Like, my friend Devin is showing up as a suggestion, and I adore him, but then I wonder if maybe he's just really private about his FB. I mean, I am friends with my current boss, but I simply don't friend people I work with while I'm still working with them unless I've become really close with them and they're not my boss.
And I don't friend family on FB either.

Angry Dachshund is such a perfect name.

Calvin is currently in a WAR with the yappy yorkie that lives behind us. She barked at him through the fence and he tore out across the yard, got into my flower bed and mulch was flying like a tornado had touched down and he was trying to CLIMB the fence. About gave me a heart attack and I had to snatch him up and get him inside before he hurt himself.

Question: Should I be worried about the prospect of having to set up a tent my own tent in a few days? My dad always used to do that for us when we'd go camping!

How similar is it to putting together IKEA furniture? Because that? That I can handle.

So this afternoon this woman and her fiance came in to ask if my boss can officiate at their wedding this summer.

Then she and I got into a mutual curly hair love-fest. : ) She had just cut off her long dreads last fall and currently has a 3-4" twist-out which I am so jealous of.
She just started growing out her grey hair so we discussed that. And we talked about products and such. So fun!
Then I took a leap and asked her if she had ever heard of NC and she is a member here. hee. But do you think I asked her username? Der, of course not.

Look... I'm never a manipulation cryer. But on Saturday, I might become one. There will be like 40 people around me with nothing to do for hours on end. And I have to add, we talked for over an hour about hair and her fiance was absolutely tolerant of the whole thing. He said he was happy that she went natural and stopped texturizing and ironing her hair because she was so much more relaxed. He was sweet.
