((((WS)))) I've been there. I'm sorry you're having a tough time right now. I'm glad you found another therapist and I'll cross my fingers that you two have a good rapport.

Well if the new therapist sucks, at least it will give you something else to think about (distraction) for a couple of days.

RCC, I had a dream that you, me, and Benedict Cumberbatch somehow had a polygamous marriage that was legal.
He's so weirdly hot!

He's in the next Star Trek movie. His rumored role is Khan! That would be awesome.

Siri types my posts for me.
He really is.

And I probably didn't make this clear in my original post, but in my dream, not only were we married to Benedict but to each other, too. I think I've been reading too many articles about unusual relationships lately...

{{{{WS}}}} And here I was wondering why you were up! I wish so much that you get the help you need to move forward and feel happier. Plus you're such a smart and talented woman and we'd all be the better for it.

Yes, the White-Haired Device of Feminism says how they hid from the shadow men who in turn became the watchers. So, white people were totally around back then! And they figured they'd just supervise, I guess. Gee, maybe it was just insightful commentary on feminism's exclusion of women of color.

As for Angel, Joss had made Cordy evil, except it was just Cordy's body taken over by an evil demon and lots of gross egregious things happened that led to Cordy being in a coma. So Angel could certainly make out with Buffy all he wanted, just that by that point, considering the other part of the god-awful season 4 arc, there's no way he'd be acting like some carefree schoolboy.
And by the way, Cordy probably had a TV record for number of times her body was used by something evil without consent. And she wasn't the only female character who lost control of her body and free will. Oh, that feminist Whedon!

I've decided that I'll never get down to my original weight, and I'm OK with that--After all, 8 pounds 2 oz. is just not realistic.

I made a portion of steel-cut oats infused with jasmine tea and topped with lots of rhubarb compote (with honey, cardamom, rose water, and vanilla). I wish I'd made more.

Also, THIS, a million times THIS:

Quote:
What I don’t love? When people judge something they’ve only had in its worst form. Like people who claim they’re not “chocolate people” but have only eaten Hershey’s or Godiva. They don’t hate chocolate. They hate bad chocolate.

Likewise, don’t hate rhubarb. Hate bad rhubarb. Because the good stuff’s a thing of beauty.
And not just rhubarb, but pretty much every vegetable that gets this treatment.

Quote:
I’d hate rhubarb too if eating it meant sitting down to a “dessert” that’s had every bit of its ruby flesh boiled to gray, with sour-as-a-lemon pucker covered in a cloying sweetness, and all the texture of a bowl of wet toilet paper.
Heh.

That's so funny! Well, it's one extra person to help with the kiddos.

Spent last two days having a clear out.

Just my bedroom and I cannot believe the amount of paper I have accumulated these past 9 years from art at school, art college and art university. I could open a blooming paper shop with all these scrap sheets. There's mountains of it!!! O_O

I had to look up Benedict Cumberbatch because #1 I have never heard of him and #2 because his name sounds like something out of Life, The Universe, and Everything.
