That's what I've paid for the last 7 years or so. I've been lucky that I can go on the same prescription 2 years or so but it's still a big chunk, especially with no insurance. You can add all the bells and whistles to the lenses if you want but I figured I would go with just the basic, thinnest lenses to see how it goes. If I order another pair I'll add anti-glare, etc. My frames were free and my lenses were $41. DD's frames were free and her lenses were $7.

I'm really hoping they work for me. I wear my glasses 90 percent of the time and I would love to have multiple pairs to choose from.

How do you do the measure thing???? I need to investigate online glasses more. I paid $480 for my lenses only this year. I have bad eyes. And I need no glare and progressive.

Look on the inside temples of your existing frames. There should be a set of three numbers. That gives you the measurement of your existing frames and you order something similar. Mine fall in the medium frame range so I go from there. You can get progressives and no glare lenses. There have been some threads on it here. I'll see if I can find them. I figure even if I invest $100 and don't like them I can return for half the price. Check out their return policy and measuring guidelines.

There's no better way to top an early evening of cleaning "accidents" all over the house than to get into an argument and physically restrain a 250 lb man for keys to his gun closet. Fun stuff. (I'm fine by the way, just emotionally drained)

So my mom goes into my room and starts going on about how something stinks in there. One, it's part of her whole shtick where she just doesn't grasp the difference between tidy and clean. Nope, my room is not all neat and tidy. But it is clean. I've never been someone to leave food or any sort of garbage lying around.
And two, the stench is clearly coming from outside! It smells like garbage, the breeze having blown the smell in! But no, somehow I just wasn't able to smell something so foul in my own room, clearly.

I should not be still awake. I have to shower before bed, which will take a while. And, my husband is getting up at some ungodly hour tomorrow morning so he can go to bed early tomorrow night, so he can get up at an even more ungodly hour again on Saturday to go run a triathlon.

And I'm supposed to run 12 miles on Saturday morning, so I don't want to be sleep deprived for that either.

And yet, I have no motivation to leave the sofa.

it should not be this hot INSIDE YOUR OWN HOUSE. how is one supposed to sleep?? the windows are open! No blankets nor pants are being worn! I am forced (FORCED) to eat ice cream simply to maintain my body temperature!

I was watching food network and I could not help but think that giada's head is a bit too large for her body. She seems a little silly. She kept talking about how pretty roasted vegetables would look on pasta. Look at the pretty colors! I like squash because of its bright color! oh giada(sidenote:my phone keeps trying to change that to gonad lolz), you don't hold a candle to Alton brown. he's so wonderful! I love him more than anything.

I should be getting to sleep. I feel a lot better after consuming ice cream. That should just be the tag line to my life: better after ice cream.

32GG here and the only place I shop is at Bravissimo who specifically cater to women off all sizes but especially larger breasted women who don't have a large waistline. Unfortunately it means I have to pay £30+ for a bra when all my friends can pick them up for under a £10. If I go to a chain store the reaction I get is 'we don't go higher than a DD. it's actually a big size, why don't you try it and see? Umm NO it isn't a large size and NO it won't fit me. I WISH I was a DD! I always roll my eyes whenever anyone says Pamela Anderson is a D. Like hell she is. But for some reason society doesn't seem inclined to accept that women could be any larger than that!

I could have posted that but I'm a 30G. And my size is always out of stock. So annoying. I wear Freya.

It sucks that I may have to cut you loose because you are a fairly good person and we have a friend in common. But after ignoring two of my emails asking when you wanted to get together to catch up, what am I supposed to think? I didn't do anything to make you ignore me, nor have you done anything to otherwise make me cut you off. I didn't think our lives diverged that much, but you must think that we can't gel anymore by the way you're acting. Sux. But I'll survive.
