at least it's rained for most of the past hour, but i know it's not enough to help us much.
we are supposed to get more Tuesday, but it's also supposed to be steamy hot again, so everything will dry up by then.

They say we may get some storms Wednesday. There are some storms today but for whatever reason they always seem to miss us. I always tell B it is like we have an umbrella over our area.

So my ex and I are back together not together. Go on dates and bump uglies but I have no desire to get officially back together with him.
Sounds like a bad situation but I m happy about it. Means I no longer and desperate for any mans attention. And will take what I can get . I adore Him but he's not the one for me and I happy I'm realizing that I need more than just attraction and common interests in a man. I guess this means I'm over settling. Hurrah.
Also I'm waiting for my pupils to dilate so can't see why the fish I've written.

All my likes went away, I am sad. Then I feel stoopid for feeling sad about something so dumb and a "like" count. Sorta like how I feel like a chump on my morning commute for waiting my turn in line 'cause I don't want to be an azz for being a line jumper. I'm a chump or an azz. I wish I could be all zen about it all.

Look, honey dearest, I love you. And I dont even mind your grouchy old dad who lives a few blocks away & drops by far too frequently to talk far too long about nothing of importance. I get it. He disliked you & your sisters as kids & now is old & bored & feels it's due time to try to be involved in your lives. But if you don't tell him to effin KNOCK already before he walks in to our home, we're gonna have words. I've had one heart attack too many, coming outta the bathroom to find a random old guy in the house. If we'd been butt-azz naked havin sex on the living room floor & he walked in, I'd have been PISSED.

I hope you get some soon. The crunchy lawn is scary enough but it does make you nervous when your well starts getting low.
