It's a clay based litter. He had wooden pellets before. No peeing on the bed yet.

He has just had a scratch around in the box though.
I like pine. Tried a corn one this time. Works great, but smells weird. I'll probably go back to the pine dust.

I only got this one because I was out of litter and it was the only one in the shop left. I like the pine pellets but Ed pees a lot and it really swells and gets soggy. Then it smells and I was getting to the point of having to do a full change twice a week.

I tried the pine pellets at first and wasn't a fan. The pellets dissolved and the crumbs went under the pellets. I found a clumping pine dust litter that worked better without the dissolving issues.

I tried the corn one this time since I thought it might be better. It does make nicer clumps, but I like the pine better. The corn one has a strong chicken feed smell to me.

Parents are annoying until they haven't seen you in awhile and they send you home with toilet paper. Lots and lots of toilet paper.

Praise Jeebus.

I swear to you, one of my notes for the Angel episode “Hero” is, verbatim: “can doyle be a hedgehog” That’s it. That’s the whole note. I don’t even know where I was going with that.
Oh, Mark. I love you so much. All the hugs.

A friend of mine really likes this show called Kamen Rider W and she's been having me watch it with her while we IM about it and it's extremely random and silly and we have such fun mocking the costumes and CGI. Anyway, there's this one character in it who has this database of all the info in his brain, so basically he is the internet, and he falls into these complete research obsessions, and one time it was even about hair tonic, and so many times, I have typed something like, "LOL PHILLIP...but srsly I would so do that," and she's typed back, "lol you so would." Heck, I practically HAVE done that. The difference is that my internet is not attached. Also, if I knew I was about to faint when I activated my special machine thing, I would NOT GET UP OFF THE SOFT COUCH AND FALL FORWARD ONTO A DAMN METAL GRATE, PHILLIP.

I have that school sporting event fight song stuck in my head and I keep wanting to put my thoughts to the tune and NO, that is just a bad idea because it will NEVER. END. How does it end, anyway? It has no end point, it's just an eternal loop of now is not the time for school spirit, brain. Seriously, I don't even go to school anymore. Cut it out.

Litter: I liked the pine and newspaper ones but with more than 2 cats it's just nasty and expensive.

Oh lord, SO just emailed this:

Underworld: The Suckening and The Sucky Girl with the Sucky Tattoo both sucked.

I wasn't impressed at all.

I think he didn't like them

And I love it when my shift supervisor takes off with the office supervisor, for most of the day, without telling anyone. This is nice when you have not brought lunch, and can not leave to go get it when only 2 people are here.

Eds new litter has turned his feel pink. Didn't think about that when I bought it. But at least he's using it now. He had a massive dump and then ran round like sonic the hedgehog. I think he needed it.

I go with natural stuff many times, but I wont buy natural litter.

I've used Fresh Step with carbon for more than a decade. I switched to the 'Swheat Scoop' not too long ago. I swear it made the waste smell WORSE. It was horrible.

Back to carbon Fresh Step.

I'm supposed to leave for school on Sunday and I'm so scared. I've never done Econ before, and I hate math but I am really good at analysis. I will be paying all my own and whenever I see how much money I have to withdraw out of my bankbook to cover school I wince. What if I fail? Will I even be able to find a job after this? I don't think this is a good decision. Maybe I'm just scared of making a mistake

kayb, close your eyes and take a breath. We don't know the future. We just have to take chances and move ahead, succeed or fail. It's all part of living. So go ahead and kick some a$$.

My director just announced that she's resigning. Her last day is Sept. 21. Which is not really a good time because my supervisor will be out that week as well as the following week due to her wedding and honeymoon. Meaning that the week after the director leaves, I will probably have to be in charge of the department as my supervisor will be on her honeymoon.

Thelio and Jeep: Thank you. Takes deep breath. I knew it was going to be a challenge, but the closer ti get to it the more daunting it seems. I need to remind myself that it's gonna be okay (maybe I should make a poster to put over my bed so I'll see it in the mornings .

Just have to take it one day at a time (an approach that my mother is not too fond of)

I just signed up for Pure Barre classes. After looking at their FB page, I now wonder if I'll be the only one who isn't a teeny 20 something. The strength/endurance aspect sounds pretty cool though, and the grand opening discount was quite generous.

Perhaps, but most will have more youth and endurance, lol.

Still, I'm stoked to try something new.
