Xcptnl, I won't get into it, but I'm.seriously in some self loathing lately. I even started to make a thread about low self esteem but got side tracked and didn't finish it.

Some days I feel really great, attractive, confident....I'm not having those at all lately. I'm not sure if its my period, something in the air, universe, don't know. But I empathize.

Absolutely. It feels better to know that I'm not the only one down on myself. I figured you'd benefit from me sharing too.

I feel so stupid getting worked up about stuff like my appearance or my weight. I have so many good qualities. I'm a good person, I make good decisions, I am a great mother/girlfriend/daughter, I am good to people - I tell myself this stuff, but sometimes when you're down, you're just down.

Hmmph for now.

There must be something going around because I've been battling similar evils. It's really ridiculous to beat myself up so much over such trivial things because there are much worse things, but sometimes it's hard to get past it. I'd tell y'all to smile and lets all hug, but if someone said that to me when I'm in a mood I'd probably want to punch them (of course I never would). I'm not sure why I get so pretend violent when I'm in a mood.
