For you curlies with skin problems have you tried Neutrogena Naturals gel cleanser? I have tried almost everything under the sun and was skeptical but it has consistently given me good skin for about 2 years. It is even better than the natural stuff I was making. At $8 it's worth a shot.

I will piggyback on this but my option is not as cheap . I have been using Dermalogica for about 2 years now with really good results. I am using the Special Cleansing Gel. Now, the price is high but the bottle lasts me FOREVER because you do not have to use much. $34 for 8 oz but it really does last me at a minimum - 6 months. I started with their Skin Clearing Wash but found during the winter that was a bit drying for me so changed to the one above. I get this at Ulta.

Jess and xcptnl, thanks for those suggestions! I was using the same product that they discontinued from PSF and my skin hasn't been the same since either. What I'm using now is ok, but it's always good to have something else to try.

Cereal in general isn't a bad food option. It just depends on what kind of cereals you buy. Sugary, chocolatey and crunchies with marshmellows are tasty but lacking in nutritional values. High fibery, cardboardy cereals are lacking in taste. Mix the two together and you have the best of both worlds!!

It is. I bought when my skin was a wreck. I also went to a dermatologist and she put me on a course of antibiotics which cleared up whatever was happening and this cleanser has kept it that way for 2 years.
