Went to an Octoberfest in Hunter NY yesterday. Beer, food, got a new rug (wool poncho), bonus motorcycle show, saw lots of beautiful doggies and got to pet a very sweet alpaca. It was a good time. Didnt even mind the 2.5 hour bus ride, beautiful foliage on the way!

Thanks everyone. I'm now the only one in my family working, and thank god my job is safe for another 18 months (I never thought I'd thank that contract). I want to help my mum and dad because mum's business is only just making a profit and I don't even know if my dad will get the dole. I just know they won't accept any money I send them. I'm going to put some aside each payday just in case for them though.

This economy blows. And all so some rich people could get richer a few years back.
