Murrrcat: I KNEW it! I KNEW those Target sports bras felt way too flimsy to be any good! I basically felt the fabric, spun on my heel and walked away, and now I have confirmation that I was right to do so. Thanks for the rec for that 3-Reasons Support Bra, too. Hm, Title Nine has a retail store near where my mother works...I wonder if it would be worth joining her on her commute to try one on.
Dang, you'd be great at selling workout classes. At least from your description, deep stretch yoga sounds awesome!

Not sure if I'll stick with it, but my blog now has a name that wasn't already taken! Yay!!
I also elevated my bed all by my lonesome today and did a bunch of cleaning. I am the champion!! Plus I impressed my therapist yesterday with the fact that one of my "baby goals" was cleaning the bathtub. She was like, "That's not a baby goal," which I said was exactly what I realized during/after the task. That was seriously tiring and didn't give me much of a morale boost, but...I did it. I'm doing stuff. It's not going to be super speedy, but this recovery is happening.
Oh, Molly. You poor, poor thing. You need self esteem. Sherlock, if you're going to deduce at people like a total jerk, you could at least inform her of likely reasons for her attachment to an emotionally distant man like you and list off some good places to get counseling.
The rest of my comments will have to wait, but that one just couldn't. Poor Molly.
My mom totally knows what I'm doing. Well, y'know what, let her judge, because I accomplished stuff like crazy today. (Just gonna act like it's not 6:19 tomorrow. Yup.) So I haven't accomplished the diurnal thing yet - the fact remains that I'm making legitimate progress. I don't have to (and can't, which I must remember) make all the progress at once. Baby steps. They're working!

This is very frustrating. My right leg hurts the same way my left leg was hurting that I had to stop running. This isnt fair, body. I have a 5k to run. Why are you torturing me? I give you rest days even though you don't need them you're just being a baby. I give you ice all the time, I stretch all the time. Why are you treating me this way?
Everyone is against my weightloss, even my own body! I hate you. Now with good reason.

Thanks guys. I WANT TO SAY MORE, but shouldn't.
On the plus side, my boss gave my name to a cook plant in the center of the city, I have an interview today! I'm grateful but angry at the same time. Good mindset for an interview, in my opinion - so long as angry translates to kick-butt, not to pissed off and shut down.

There is a little unneutered toy poodle st the shelter that loves to hump legs. I got him to stop, but I'll just leave it there :-P

are you tired of me mentioning how wonderful my co-workers are?
will you bear with me one more time?
my alarm didn't go off this morning and last night my cell phone battery ran down. i usually get the day's weather in a text about 7:15, so that wakes me up (because my purse hangs on a hook in the hall outside my bedroom door) if the alarm doesn't go off.
i woke up at 10 after 8 this morning. when i looked out the window, there was Ryan's car. i grabbed the phone, plugged it in and texted him to go ahead without me. and he said he'd wait because he has to stay here until 7 tonight.
isn't that the sweetest???
and i managed to have a shower, get dressed, get some makeup on and get my lunch stuff together and out the door in 20 minutes flat!

Yay, that's progress and you should feel proud! I'm so glad you're seeing results.
What is this blog name so I can bookmark it immediately and stalk it daily?!
I need to finish Sherlock. I kind of forgot about it.
I did finish Princess Tutu though! Shh, no talking about my staying up till 4 AM to watch the last four episodes. I'm glad Ahiru stopped crushing on Mytho and got lots of moments with Fakir, who was a much hotter piece of ass anyway. 
The ending was really beautiful to look at, if bittersweet.
