I hate McDonalds.

Eddie Money looks deranged in that commercial.

And, one should only expect so much from the Hair Cuttery, note to self.

The last time I went to a hair dresser (7 or 8 years ago? The Leafs were in the playoffs!), it was a Hair Cuttery in Cape Canaveral. After carefully going over what I wanted and if she was cool doing it (a lot of hair dressers won't cut dry hair), I had to stop her mid cut and wound up almost in nears. I've fondly called it Hair Butchery since then

cibc,
screen your calls! Especially after 5pm. If she starts in any subject more difficult than the weather, change it back to the weather. You can do it, I know you can.

She made me a nervous wreck. I was stressed out about something that happened at work (I DID NOTHING WRONG. The register was short, and the night before, I called to doublecheck that I handed in the right amount. The manager told me, "Sure, don't worry about it" and the next morning the register was short. My mom said I must have acted suspicious and nervous and now they think I'm stealing and am going to get fired.)

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.

This is all a combination of crazy mother/zapped confidence and issues stemming from how I have been treated in previous work places.

My dad is a drinker. He has slowed down a lot. It was worse when I was young. But I still know not to call him after 4 pm. He's not a mean drunk, but I have abided by that rule since I was young just to avoid it. My grandfather too. But he's much rider when he's drinking.

Having lunch at work. Apparently only poor people bring lunch to work. This was said by one of the women here who is always complaining about having no money.

Also, some of the people in this lunch room need to shut the hell up. Especially when they're mouthing off about things they're wrong about.

Bah! I want to go home.

(((((scrills))))) Please be good to yourself. We're all thinking of you.

Minxy, I completely understand what you mean by "it's too hard." No matter how many times you tell yourself that therapy is help and not just one more thing when you can't take any more things piling up, that sweeping fatigue still comes when you think of going. At least that's how it felt for me. When I admitted on here that I hadn't gone back, though, you convinced me to finally call and make an appointment. I am really grateful for that. Maybe if we keep taking pages from each others' books, we'll end up sharing a solid recovery story. Let's go forth and do stuff!!!

I had an endoscopy today. I had thought I'd be completely sedated for it, but instead I was just drugged into compliance. No fair, I wanted to come out all loopy so I could say more silly doped-up things that my mom would actually remember and tell me! She forgot all the things I said when I had my wisdom teeth removed. Ugh, also, they scraped the camera thing against the right side of my throat while they were taking it out and it hurts when I swallow, so of course I can't stop swallowing.

If you're upset with me, say something. This *****ing behind my back, then acting like we're all buddy, buddy is getting old. I've tried to talk to you about it, but you brush it off. Just drop it then!

Mmm, yes. It's not people that want to pay their bills off and save for retirement. Nooo not them.

Yeah. The FBI accepts payments through 7-11.

That is hysterical. But I do wonder if they get people to do it.

X, I wonder if people fall for it too.

I mean it scared me! The screen had a lot of stuff going on, it DID in fact lock my computer, and it took me a second to really figure out what the heck was going on. If I was (more) easily confused, lived by buying money orders to pay bills, and was more isolated and/or solitary, I could have been taken for some money.

I hope no one sends money to these charlatans!

All right, I'm just going to say it.

I don't like peep toe platform pumps. Especially in "nude."

In fact, I don't like peep-toe shoes at all. Conceptually, they're very weird. When worn, they're bland.

I'm there with you Ninja. I don't know why but they kind of disturb me.

-----

Stopped at Walmart to get some soda for work and they had Jif hazelnut spread on a clearance rack for $2 for a 14oz jar. I grabbed 2. This is my usual store and I've never seen it there so it may be an introductory price, IDK.
