If my right root wasn't stupid I think I could handle heels. I think life just wanted to screw me. All the women in my family know how to dress, can walk in heels, put makeup... All of them except me.

If I wear a spiked heel, I have to be somewhere that I can sit down. 20 min and my feet are throbbing.

I have to spend 5.5 hours tonight with the sucky trainer at work. The prospect of it makes me want to cry.

So glad I'm now off work for the next 2 days. That place can go to hell for all I care.

Ok. I feel better knowing one woman on The Walking Dead had a problem with washing and cooking all the d time. RIP Jacqui.

I'm Latin American and I find the American compulsion to add cinnamon (and usually in too large amounts) to fruit desserts (well, desserts in general, but especially fruit ones) to be annoying and most unwelcome.

Really? I only like cinnamon in peach and apple desserts, and not too much. It's starts taking over if you do. Ask me how I know. LOL

Do e-collars automatically make dogs act like they can't do anything? My dog acts so ridiculous with it on. If I take it off....he runs and around and plays. Put it on...instant depression.

I want cinnamon out of my peach desserts, for the most part. It takes over completely. It's fine, but other spices complement without taking over.
And it's good with apples but I want less of it in some apple desserts. Some apple desserts taste like nothing but a mouthful of cinnamon.

I mostly hate the inability to leave a fruit dessert alone so the fruit shines, though. Far too often there's "I couldn't help adding some cinnamon" without actually ever having something without it first. It's like people who automatically add salt and other seasoning without so much as tasting the dish.
I don't prefer cinnamon over vanilla. They're for different things, so one over the other isn't a choice.
I'd say vanilla is more complementary to fruit than cinnamon is, though. Cinnamon overpowers.
If you put a gun to my head, I'd probably pick vanilla beans over cinnamon.
But I mean, I have four types of cinnamon in my kitchen, so I hardly dislike it!
That is true. Peach [fill-in-the-blank] is fine without the cinnamon. I'm a cinnamon lover, but you won't see me dumping it in. The flavor can get old sometimes.

I got it. I agree with over use of cinnamon. I like cinnamon, love vanilla. Each does have its place.
