I ended things with ex too confusing

Got my car towed at 10 pm and I was stranded. I had to call my poor mother who drove an hour to come get me
Fun time with my sister at the salon right by my house. My first time in a salon in a few decades so it was nerve wracking even tho they weren't shampooing or cutting my hair. (I did notice Deva products there tho!).
They are doing a benefit all month - pink streaks (dye or feathers or extensions) for $5 and it all goes to breast cancer research. The owners and stylists and customers were all so fun. It took hours because my sister got her hair colored and cut and that takes forever, then she got a pink streak too. I like my pink hair!! (We both got dye and it's such a pretty color)

In Western PA
Found NC in 2004. CG since 2-05, going grey since 9-05. 3B with some 3A.
Hair texture-medium/fine, porosity-normal except for the ends which are porous, elasticity-normal.
Suave & VO5 cond, LA Looks Sport Gel, oils, honey, vinegar.

Black and gold flapper dress. I've had this since 93' and never worn it.

I also have different black dresses, leggings, black velvet capes, etc. and a long black (good) wig. So I have slightly witchy/goth options too.

What's a girl to do?

Today I learned that one of the little dogs I got to groom a few weeks ago at the rescue got sick and passed away. Very sad. I really wanted him to find a fantastic forever home.

Finally!!! I found a good pizza spot! It's the closest I've had to NYC. There's something still missing from the crust though. This 15-20 min drive is well worth it. There's a place by my house that sells decent pizza but the entire slice feels like it's missing something. This new spot blows the one by my house out of the water, too bad it's not closer.
Turtles: omg please don't put that in your moo moo

Nej: too late... moo moo has been infiltrated.

I am going to say it...I don't want to say it but I will.

I am bored.
Too bored to want to do anything.
Too bored to not be bored.
Bored. Board. Plank.
I'm at a production of Anne Frank in an assisted living complex. Yup.
It was utter insanity today at work. Holy cow. I'm already dreading going back on Friday. Ack.

On the bright side, on my way out of work, I spotted some really cute earrings that are exactly what I was looking for for the wedding! Also, they were on clearance. Win!

This 107 year old lady just stopped me in the bathroom to tell me she saw the play last night and I was WONDERFUL. Thank you, thank you.
Oh, also... I cut my finger on the cup dispenser, and as a result, had to wear one of those embarrassing blue bandages on my finger all day. It's like they're just screaming "HEY EVERYONE! I'M A KLUTZ! AND LOOK, I'M TOUCHING YOUR DRINK LID WITH MY NASTY BANDAID!"

I wish I did not get so irritated when people break the rules. But it is so freaking blatant. And what fun can it be when you have to hide? So what is the point? I do not get it.
