I'll be in town to pick up groceries anyway so I'll do just that on Monday. I'm never comfortable sending it in either.

I hate today. I slept like crap last night. I'm tired. It's cold and rainy outside, and I had to walk twice in it. I've been home for an hour, my feet still feel like ice. Nearly got hit by a car. There's no sidewalks part of the way I to walk and some guy barrelled through at probably 50 mph (in a residental area) didn't move over even an inch and nearly clipped me. He missed me by mere inches. WTF do people turn into such *******s towards pedestrians when it rains? There's this guy who keeps road raging at the crosswalk in front of the school. He doesn't want to wait for the kids to cross the street, so he keeps blaring his horn. The ONLY crosswalks we have are around the elementary schools, and we only have 3 of them! If you're in a hurry, dont' go down those 3 roads at 9 am, and 3 pm, it's not rocket science. All you have to do is go on block over and you'd have the entire road to yourself.

And speaking of horns, one of my neighbors has a new friend who is too freakin lazy to get off their butts on a knock on their door. PSA: If they don't hear you the first time, they're probably not going to hear you the second, the third, or 4th time. And under no circumstances is it acceptable to honk for someone multiple at midnight! And don't park in front of someone else's window and leave your damn lights on! These guys make me wish I had a baseball bat just so I could take it to their car.

Wow, that was brilliant, and very chilling to read.

Unfortunately, I've just spent the past hour reading it and the comments when I'm supposed to be working.

Kayb!! I am so glad you are safe.

I hate bridesmaid dresses, with a passion. In the 3 weddings I have been a part of, I have liked one dress. That was because I picked it out myself. Most of the time you have little to no control over the beastly creatures.

Oh and this... This is almost an exact replica of a flower girl dress I wore in the 80's, except it was dusty rose. I don't know why people do this to friends and family members they supposedly love.

Okay, enough of that. Poor women.

I was a bridesmaid once. It was such an annoying experience. I will never do it again.

My MOH picked out her own dress.

Seeing those dresses makes me glad I have no friends.

When I got married I let them pick their own dresses as long as they were black, everyone was happy. Then again I got married on my nanny's front porch so it really wasn't a classy affair.

There's nothing quite as satisfying as using up your product stash.

Funny you should ask because I had a opthamologist appointment this morning.

I had been tapered to every 6 hours for the prednisone drops, but, some inflammation and flare is returning, so it's back to every four hours for two weeks. The pain is fine as long as I don't miss a dose. The smeary vision on my right is annoying.

Thanks for asking!

I had no clue Justin and Jessica were dating, let alone married. Ha!

I ate spinach today. I didn't mean to eat the spinach. I have a food sensitivity to spinach. I was very itchy and two antihistamines only just helped. So note to self: always check what's in the food.

I know some of the most hideous dresses were in the 70's & 80's, and it was simply the fashion, but some went above and beyond. At least they are getting a little better, but many are still made in the most unflattering and uncomfortable fabrics imaginable.

I prefer it when the bride picks a color and lets the wedding party go from there. You can at least find something that doesn't look tragic on your body type.

What is wrong with my water!!!??? It is nothing but a trickle. It just took 1 hour and 40 min to wash a load of clothes, and 10 min for the toilet tank to fill. I am not using the water for awhile in hopes that I will have enough to take a shower at 5.

Today sucked!!! The only redeeming thing about it was I had the day off from work. I fell down my stairs (well more like I thought I was at the bottom and I was not) while carrying my laundry. I hit my chin on the laundry basket, slammed my hip into the stairs and my elbow-oh my elbow freaking HURTS. Then I had to go an get my car registered and in MA that SUCKS!! 2 hours. This is me right now:

Oh x, I'm so sorry! I'm always so scared I'm going to slip while I'm carrying the laundry up or down the stairs. I envision myself a crumpled pile of broked-ness unable to move while Calvin sniffs me over. I need to teach him to dial 911.
